The President looks up at his NSA with a frown, "You are right Bob. Relay orders to Norfolk that I want the USS Ronald Reagan, the USS Harry Truman and their battle groups ready for deployment. Any Sub near Aursi watch and report for any ship that comes near the Aursian coast." Robert nodded and left.

The USS North Dakota, Block 3 Virginia Class SSN, is at periscope depth creeping along at 5 knots with its towed array deployed searching for surface and underwater contacts. Captain Morgan Fitzgerald stand in the CIC watching as his sailors and officers go about their work when a sonarman yelled out, "Captain, sonar contact bearing 040. Very faint Sir." Morgan pats him on the shoulder, "Good job Alex."

Morgan turns his head to his Helm, "Helm, Change course to 045, make depth 200 feet and all ahead one-third."

Surface Radars would pick up a ship 30 miles off the Coast. Aursi would try to identify the ship, and they understood it was an USS ship of America. But confirming was necessary.

Well...they surely took their damn time.

The conditions - despite whatever Tateossian may've said - were terrible. The (mostly) choppy waters no doubt contributed to the massive delay in their estimated arrival...yet; nevertheless, there the fleet was - about 2,000 kilometres or so from Aursi's coasts. Could they've hung back a little further? Probably...but - if anything - that'd just bring another problem: inaccuracy. God forbid the Gepard-class frigates', of which made up the bulk of the fleet, fired their Kalibr missiles - only for them to (mistakenly) strike a friendly ship. Sure - said missiles may've had an effective range of 2,500 kilometres - but, nonetheless, Twas always a good choice to...well, play it safe. Besides - they didn't need their entire force to be wiped out during the initial landing, right?

They - of course - wouldn't make a move just yet...besides - Twas a better idea to wait for...well, more of their allies to arrive. One combined was bound to be more effective, after all. He starts up his VPNs that he set up the day before and logs onto the Asian telecommunications servers via a back door, then makes his way through the system's firewalls using a fake account he created in their system the day before and plugs his computers into the bases memory drive and uploads his computer virus onto the telecommunication server that gets to work turning off all the fans in the Arusian telecommunications infrastructure while heating servers by maxing out their CPUs. While his colleagues spread throughout Piikala start their programs, causing a massive shutdown of any civil and government infrastructure in Aursian connected to the internet, shutting down everything from government websites to power stations sabotaging everything it could from flooding generators to corrupting data. At the same time, another bug starts the process of uploading all personal data regarding Aursian government officials' onto WikiLeaks. With the Piikalan, Hackers were careful to use American-style Viruses and launch the attack in a way that mimicked the CIAs coder's style of attacks they learned through Piikalan Intelligence, in addition to using a complex, tangled mess of VPN's to make the attack look like it had come from Mitheldalond in a highly over though out effort to confuse anyone who may investigate the source of the attack into making false assumptions on its origin.

Aursian alarms would suddenly start ringing. Employees would immediately run to their Computers to see that they were being hacked by what seemed like a Mitheldalondian Computer. However, Aursian intelligence were easily able to detect the VPN in use, and they could find out the attack was coming from Pikala. Aursian Intelligence were furious but they put aside what they were thinking and gave their lives to stop the virus from affecting the System. Most Computers would be saved but some couldn't be saved. And Some of the computers would go on fire due to overheating by the virus. But this wouldn't cost anything because Fire Service was on alert due to a suspision that something like this could happen.

Few Moments later, Aursian Intelligence would find out that some information from the employee database and Military Database were leaked. Aursi was furious. They knew that they had the capability to take down Wikileaks, However, they said to themselves, its better to not offense in the moment.

A squad consisted of 3 Somuriasian SU-250s is flying above Aursi with all their missiles and bombs installed on their jets and ready to be dropped or launched in case they was attacked. The squad is from the 28th 'Phantom' Air Force Team, the best air force team in Somurias, and the leader of the squad is Lieutenant Vasyl Mikoyan. He know his father was killed in Aursi, and now by the will of God, he was deployed to fight in the same country where his father was killed. "This isn't mine, this is my father's," Nikolay replied, "He was killed in this country when he was fighting against Aursian royalists." "Oh, i'm sorry for the loss of your father," Yuri said, "This time we're deployed here, fighting against the people that killed your father." "We'll see if we survived," Nikolay said. He then put his medal back to his pouch before saying, "I think we're not heading for the Somuriasian base, but i also think we'll do the same thing as what we've done in Northumbria. This is going to be pretty easy."

The MRAP stop moving and drop all the soldiers near the forest. The MRAP is now heading back to the beach. Deep in the bowels of the aircraft carrier, a strategic meeting was underway between the high ranking commanders and captains part of the expeditionary force sent to invade Aursi, who had willingly violated the treaties signed by the Kalisight Treaty Organisation and Democratic Federal Republic of Aursi in the aftermath of the Aursian Civil War by attempting to reinstate their monarchy. Although Countesia had sent material aid to the Aursian Democratic forces in the past, this time they had committed a much larger response to unrest in the nation in order to help ensure that Aursi would well and truly brought to heel in this conflict

Flanked by sixteen vessels and a further twenty logistical vessels and troop transports from the Auxiliary Navy, their armada was considerable. Their combined radars made an extensive sweep for any sign of Aursian vessels, and towed sonar arrays from the frigates specialising in anti-submarine warfare listened in for anything lurking beneath the waves.

Leading the meeting was Lt. General Lucas Callaghan, the overall commander of the Countesian Forces. Assembled were his major generals and other high ranking captains. Together they discussed their plan of attack against within their designated A.O.E. The force would split into two prongs, the 3rd and the 4th Army Group, and assisted by the troops from the naval infantry division would strike at two different points of the Aursian coastline simultaneously, hoping to split efforts and cohesion of the defending Aursi soldiers. Infantry fighting vehicles would spearhead the attacks, allowing less defended and lighter armed personnel carriers to land with their complement of soldiers.

He starts up his VPNs that he set up the day before and logs onto the Asian telecommunications servers via a back door, then makes his way through the system's firewalls using a fake account he created in their system the day before and plugs his computers into the bases memory drive and uploads his computer virus onto the telecommunication server that gets to work turning off all the fans in the Arusian telecommunications infrastructure while heating servers by maxing out their CPUs. While his colleagues spread throughout Piikala start their programs, causing a massive shutdown of any civil and government infrastructure in Aursian connected to the internet, shutting down everything from government websites to power stations sabotaging everything it could from flooding generators to corrupting data. At the same time, another bug starts the process of uploading all personal data regarding Aursian government officials' onto WikiLeaks. With the Piikalan, Hackers were careful to use American-style Viruses and launch the attack in a way that mimicked the CIAs coder's style of attacks they learned through Piikalan Intelligence, in addition to using a complex, tangled mess of VPN's to make the attack look like it had come from Mitheldalond in a highly over though out effort to confuse anyone who may investigate the source of the attack into making false assumptions on its origin.

Aursian alarms would suddenly start ringing. Employees would immediately run to their Computers to see that they were being hacked by what seemed like a Mitheldalondian Computer. Aursian Intelligence were furious but they put aside what they were thinking and gave their lives to stop the virus from affecting the System. Most Computers would be saved but some couldn't be saved. And Some of the computers would go on fire due to overheating by the virus. But this wouldn't cost anything because Fire Service was on alert due to a suspision that something like this could happen.

Few Moments later, Aursian Intelligence would find out that some information from the employee database and Military Database were leaked. Aursi was furious. They knew that they had the capability to take down Wikileaks, However, they said to themselves, its better to not offense in the moment.

XOF launched a Cypher drone into Aursi Territory As the drone reached it's location the XOF operator reported to the commander "Drone arrived to the designated area, Awaiting further orders" The operator is recieved an order to reach a close Aursi Military base the operator took a photo of 20 Tanks 30 Supply Trucks around 700 Troops or more are readying up to defend their land the drone went west it found more enemy supply trucks arriving from there it went deep into aursi territory it found Anti-Aircraft Guns in the fields, The operator recieved orders to send the pictures and reports to close allies.

The Aursian Anti Drone Guns were put on to the test when they were able to see XOF cypher drone taking pictures of the Military base in Aursi. The ADGs would shoot towards the Cypher Drone to take it down before it could send valuable information to their government.

One day as the NSS explores the seas near Ausri with a member of the Royal gathering, Charlie de la Mier on board who was leading the expedition, found the land of Ausri. To the nations of the KTO and their allies,

You have been deceived. The communist regime in Aquaria and the communist leadership of the KTO would have you believe that the war you bring against Aursi is lawful and just. They claim that Aursi's implementation of a constitutional monarchy violates the Treaty of Aurtumn. They claim that the referrendum which put that monarchy in power was undemocratic and does not represent the will of the people. And they claim that these facts give them the right to invade Aursi.

None of this is true.

Over 20 million Aursian citizens participated in the referendum, and the results were overwhelmingly in favor of restoring a constitutional monarchy to power. The government of Aquaria says that because this represents only 25% of the Aursian population of 80 million, the results are undemocratic. They say that because this is less than 50% of the population, the results do not represent the will of the people.

Whether they are deliberately misunderstanding how the democratic process works or are merely ignorant, I do not know. Regardless, it should be readily obvious to anyone that the results of an election can only be based on the votes received. This is why many political groups run campaigns urging the populace to vote when election time rolls around. While a 25% voter turnout is admittedly quite low, it does not mean that the opinions of the other 75% were not taken into account. It means that the other 75% did not have strong enough opinions on the outcome of the referendum to bother submitting a ballot; they chose to abstain from voting. While the Aquarian government could have rightly called for a second referendum with a higher voter turnout - and it would be wise of Aursi to conduct one - they instead chose to resort to threats and violence to enforce their will, with no attempt at diplomacy. They have no right to take such actions, especially as there have been no allegations of any sort of election or voter fraud from any party (though we would not be surprised if the communist regime makes such claims after receiving this letter). By taking such measures, Aquaria - and the KTO by supporting them - have shown their true colors.

Aquaria also claims that the Aursi Referendum violates Article 5 of Treaty of Aurtumn. Our legal experts have reviewed the relative documents, and have concluded that this is nonsense. Article 5 states in part that

"Aursi shall never be an absolute monarchy again, nor a one-party state or a dictatorship."

The treaty says nothing whatsoever about a constitutional monarchy, which is what has been implemented in Aursi. This means that the treaty signatories cannot use Article 5 as an excuse to invade Aursi. Aquaria and KTO leadership have chosen to ignore this fact.

Furthermore, our legal experts argue that substantial ambiguities and inconsistencies in the Treaty of Aurtumn itself should, in their opinion, render the entire treaty wholly unenforceable. Article 12 of the treaty states

"12. All countries, after the civil war, should stop their further influence on Aursi."

Meanwhile, according to Article 1,

"1. The Aursian Civil War, after the representatives of the attending countries have signed, is officially ended..."

There can be no question that the terms of the treaty itself represent further foreign influence on Aursi. Therefore, the most straightforward reading of these two treaty articles would indicate that the treaty immediately expires and is voided as soon as it has been signed by all parties. Another possible interpretation is that the treaty expires after the five year period of Aquarian control over Aursi set forth in Article 11. Obviously, the intentions of the treaty here are highly ambiguous and open to interpretation. Aquaria and the KTO will almost certainly argue that this interpretation is not what was intended by the treaty; however, the legal standard is that any ambiguity in a contract must be interpreted in the light most favorable to the party that did not write the contract. Aursi did not write the treaty, and it must therefore be interpreted in Aursi's favor.

On the other hand, the fact that Aursi has thus far abided by the terms of the treaty shows that they do consider it to be valid and applicable. Yet even that does not change the fact that Aursi has done nothing to violate the treaty, and the KTO cannot justify their invasion on this basis.

What then is the true motive for this war? It does not come from any legitimate grievance, nor is it justified by any matter of law or treaty. It is not out of concern for the people of Aursi. It does not come from any mutual defense clause in the KTO charter, for no KTO nation has been attacked; the KTO are in fact the agressors.

After the Aursian Civil War, several communist nations, including KTO leadership, attempted to force Aursi to adopt the ideals of communism and socialism. This was one of the main goals of the Treaty of Aurtumn. It was a radical change from Aursian ideology, as very few in the nation actually held communist views, and the Aursian people were all but universally dissatisfied with the new situation forced upon them. Because of this, the efforts of the Communist Bloc have ultimately ended in failure.

That is what this this war is about. The nations of the Communits Bloc are angry that their plans have failed, and in their anger have decided to launch an illegal invasion to take revenge on the people of Aursi, whom they could not bend to their will. They care nothing for justice, nothing for democracy, and nothing for the people of Aursi. They seek to destroy Aursian sovereignty, and to quash their right to self-determination.

Nations and allies of the KTO, this is what you fight for: for the communist agenda, and for someone else's petty revenge. You fight on the side of tyranny and opression, of lawlessness and chaos, of cruelty and vindictiveness. For too long has this communist agression gone unchecked. For too long has Mitheldalond sat by and done nothing.

Just 2 minutes ago, Admiral Fariz ordered him and his 2 friends to scout the landing area, even though the fleet is still pretty far away from it. The SU-250 closed it's hatch and move towards the lane, followed by other 2 SU-250s. "SU-250 code numbered A1 'Prince' asking for permission for the 'Owl Squad' to leave SPS Warsaw 7," he said through the jet's radio. "This is Captain Paul Calberg of the SPS Warsaw 7, permission granted. The sky is clear for you to go," Captain Paul replied. Vasyl activates the hover engine, and do a takeoff vertically. He turned his SU-250 to the East, and start moving East. He then increase the speed of the jet and heading East, followed by the other 2 SU-250s. As he reached the speed of 240km/h, he deactivate the hover engine and increase the speed of his SU-250 until it reached mach 1.2. "Here we are again," Vasyl said to himself. The 3 SU-250s is now moving at mach 1.2 towards East Aursian shore.
