Flandre can destroy anything she wants, which is truly a frightening ability with no real weaknesses. By moving the "eye" of the object, where the tension is highest, and by attacking this eye, she is able to destroy the target. She is able to move the "eye" of anything into the middle of her hand, then she pours her power into it or in other words, she crushes the "eye" and unconditionally destroys the target with just a squeeze. She states that everything has an "eye" and that she has the "eyes" of everything in her right hand. She destroyed a meteor with a single hand and without touching it, where Flandre stated that she "went squeeze and it went boom". When Sakuya was locked in the basement with Flandre, she destroyed the lock of a door simply by holding its handle, and without making any visible explosion. Everything that is made for her to play with ends up broken, which may mean why she doesn't have many playmates, to which it's recommended to never meet with her.

Kovunanto wrote:OOC: In case the Kovunanto fails to get the instruction book for any reason (the instruction book is still very deep within the long, winding halls of the Great Library, so finding the exact location of the main objective is like trying to use a magnifier glass, and can only be authorized for opening it up by Patchouli due to being magically sealed to protect the confidentiality and well-preserved history of the contents, even though it is only seven pages short. The Scarlets and other vampires in the mansion aren't going to take it lightly to the human trespassers now, but one person out of it all, is the manipulator of fate that is Remilia. Even if the humans can overpower the Kovunanto within days, Remilia is guaranteed to decide everything with absolute success without the need of any input, because she has already done so on her own many times in Gensokyo's history, and one of the very few well-known residents with power and influence over everything Gensokyo does for around a millennia. Not only that, but every single hit from her is always fated to hit its mark regardless of where the target is, unless the target is out of range. She even at one point in the distant past built a space rocket to the Moon with her friends, survived the quick trip and back to Gensokyo after being defeated by the Lunarians, because she doesn't need to breathe and can fly super fast with a giant red spear and many, many cards revolving around her. All of her stats on her stand, if she has one, are already at S-tier.
Flandre is on a whole another level of fighting. She can absolutely destroy everything in its path, even essential characters, so they better steer clear of her. Here's what her ability actually does:Flandre can destroy anything she wants, which is truly a frightening ability with no real weaknesses.
She can also like Hecatia able to clone herself up to three that can act independently of her to a certain degree, too. That was until the arrival of Hecatia changed all that.
Flandre also possesses a sword with absolute terror capabilities, similar to what the bloodthirsty regime's leader did use to cut down whole armies in one go, not even vehicles of any kind, armor, or special purpose, even the indestructible ones that fits her theme, likely as child's play: to cause mischief around her. So if any indestructible vehicle does happen to face her, not even that can withstand her power.
Since the Scarlets had already aligned themselves with the Kovunanto due to past good relations with the fallen Lucian Empire, and already being super pissed at the humans for trespassing into the mansion, the human forces aren't guaranteed to win against them, and don't even think the essential characters are going to fight them. If Flandre spots any of these godly characters aligned with the humans, their essentiality status won't even protect them from her abilities and her sword and can't escape from her wrath. Don't even try and keep them away from Flandre's line of sight, if they want to live.
But, as is like any vampire, both Scarlets do have elemental weaknesses: they hate holy, fire, silver, and water attacks and will take damage from it. They also hate fighting outdoors during the day, and if the moon is full at night, they'll force it to turn red before they even appear to fight. If Remilia is defeated, Sakuya will fight to avenge her and later on from Flandre. If Flandre is present with Remilia when the fight begins, then the humans will be in huge trouble and can't win. Both Scarlets are still extremely powerful and ancient, but they're not really as bloodthirsty as they used to be long ago. Even still, the human forces must exercise extreme caution while in the mansion, or just stay away if they want to live.
The human side has been forewarned in advance of the Scarlets of what's going to happen if they dare anyway.

Kovunanto wrote:Novaya Equestria wrote:Can destroy even essential characters, huh? Has she ever thought of facing the Grand Admiral? r/ThatAsshole is on a whole different level and, in my canon (even though he and the Black Empire weren't implemented in said canon), is beyond even Flandre and Remilia. Not even they can stop the Black Empire (whether in the Black War or resurgent).
No offense, Kovunanto. Just providing information on the Black Empire and its Imperial Regent the Grand Admiral.
Also, HOW THE HECK DID THE ZODIAC ORDER KNOW ABOUT THE IMPERIAL KNIGHTS JEANNE AND HEINRICH!? HOW did they know about those two even though they have never met the two Imperial Knights before? Do they even know of the ancient Black Empire? If so, does the Zodiac Order even know how horrifyingly, terrifyingly and nightmarishly powerful the Black Empire really was? The Black Empire doesn't even EXIST three in-universe centuries ago! There's no way they encountered the Black Empire!
OOC: The two Scarlets never even think of them because they usually are just hermits commanding their servants to like typical vampire business, do their bidding. Yes, Flandre is at that level, but thanks to her sister, she is usually locked up, her destructive powers restrained to only petty, harmless acts of mischief, her weapons and the "eye" confiscated, and kept under strict watch, but now that the Human-Kovunanto War is almost in full swing, Flandre snuck out of the cage, wandered about like a lost child for weeks on end, and by the time the Kovunanto was about to hit Gensokyo, she found her confiscated stuff, and became officially awake and active to search for intruders. That's why I'm telling you right now in advance to stay away from Flandre. She may not be smart, and her line of sight is very poor, about a quarter of a football field range, so a sneak attack to confiscate her "eye" weapon (I don't know what it looks like exactly, might be a stick) might do the trick, as that is what powers her full capabilities and simply use it to DESTROY her instead instantly without starting a fight. However, she has very good hearing, though, once she turns around, she'll spot the intruder, then a small childish giggle in wanting to play even though she's supposed to be super pissed, and then the fight starts.
As for the Zodiac Order, it was due to spontaneous bumping into the two of them from the books Tiffany had read back in Darlington about Jeanne and her fondness for recreating battles against France, a district in Sylvia province within Lucia that is flanked by two inland seas of what happened on Sol centuries ago, because some members of the Zodiac Order do not originate from Lucia, but rather on Sol, and only one from the Pleiades. Liang was from China, Hegerissa (or Rissa as her handle) and Kamenashi from an alternate version of Japan separate from reality, Kalindi from India, Tiffany from the UK (Sylvia province was inspired by the whole UK islands), Leni from Arborea (she's an Elin, even though she has grown up enough she doesn't resemble much of her species as she has adapted), Shandana from the Pleiades, and Darcie from Ireland. Lucian when he spotted Heinrich, he has fought him not as a human, but as a xenomorph form and recognizes the name from memory once, but never had to do anything about what happened long before the encounters. None of the dialogue out of Tiffany's or Lucian's mouth or even the whole Zodiac Order themselves had anything to do with what transpired way long before it was founded. Ramona Savu founded the order upon seeing Reverend Amaranto in an Orthodox Church within Septima in southeastern Lucia near the only huge ocean the planet had back in 2218, and the order is only 307 years old. So it is way too recent for the Zodiac Order members to even try to get a remote glimpse of what had happened long before then, other than a spontaneous surprise.
And don't worry about the gods later on when the ritual event is close to completion, as they have a lot of respect for how the concept of Creation works, and will consult them first, and depending on which gods they want to ask, depends on how much dialogue will receive, and they all have a good karma record. They will be assisted by their founder, Ramona Savu, and the one that can translate even the unrecognizable, by Lucian and his Grand Servant Lena who can understand Latin very well. They have to survive the other main objectives before they can do this, though. The Zodiac Order when they're not active only watches on a galactic level for any future dire events that can spell doom, not the other way around, it doesn't have to do anything with other realities beyond the Milky Way Galaxy, as they have no experience with the other galaxies or other verses.
So don't fret if the Zodiac Order just so happened to stumble upon historical characters from very long ago, it was just a oh gosh, who was that kind of thing, nothing more than that, it was spontaneous. Maybe there should be an omake about them interacting with the historical characters, as a non-canonical interaction.

Novaya Equestria wrote:Kovunanto, I'm sending in a Novayan army to help defend Staging Point Velder. However, the Novayan army weren't exactly a Novayan army, but an Imperial army. Yeah, the Allied Forces will not like having the Imperial forces present as they are nothing but bloodthirsty fanatics, rabid holy warriors and professional soldiers.
However, the Imperial army I will be deploying will be NOT from the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth but THE Black Empire itself. It will only appear as a purely defensive force tasked with defending Staging Point Velder and the Human Village. You can have your forces assume they are Novayan forces before realizing too late they are NOT Novayans upon seeing the brutality of the Imperial forces.
And yes, the Imperial forces are NOT screwing around; they love slaughtering the Kovunanto and their allies. And yes, the Imperial forces were blatant assholes in and of themselves. Also, the Imperial forces will fall under the Allied Forces but will only respond to any attacks on the Human Village and Staging Point Velder.
No offense for the same question, Kovunanto, but when do you and I get to do the Zodiac Order RP?

Footsoldiers

-Guerilla warfare (Clansmen are trained for ambushes and surprise attacks, operating in small groups of three to ten. Once in combat, they disappear in a cloud of smoke before appearing over the head so their enemy, dropping upon them and slitting the throat)
Swordsmasters
-Teleportation (up to 110 meters)
-Swordsmaship (Swordsmasters carry either one or two katanas and specialize in fights against small squads of enemies)
-Elemental magic (Swordsmasters are able to strike the ground and create pillars of earth in short ranges. They also possess the ability to ignite their swords and sling fire at their opponents - Other, depending on their choice elements, can summon wind blasts or geysers of water)
-Energy shields (All clansmen are able to create translucent red energy shields in front of them that protect against projectiles or blasts of magic)

Battle 8 if Kovunanto loses: Nirn (Other Reality, space will be called Oblivion and worlds outside of Nirn will be the Daedric Planes/Other Realms, 99.99% religious, almost a waterworld climate, which means plenty of underwater exploring, but also a relic-gathering nightmare for both sides, since new ones keep popping up all the time, so it might be a relic world. There might be a few extinct races worth checking, especially an extinct underground Dwemer race that can be easily fooled for the aliens to think it is a Forerunner world. Betrayed Ones hate surface-dwellers of all species (including the Dwemer), and will temporarily aid the Kovunanto due to them as a spacefaring alien empire (better look very pale, anorexic, and deformed or wearing black armor like Ebony or Nightingale with face covers) until they start interacting with the Dwemer spiritual and holographic forms physically, in which then they'll start turning hostile)
Battle 8 if Kovunanto wins: War becomes non-linear from there on out, can choose a story arc based on number of active participants. Needs 23 more glass shards to proceed to Mid-stage of war, then another 23 to proceed to Late, and another 23 before unlocking the path to finding the actual homeworld of the human side by the year 2552.Grand Finale 7 Stages: Côte d'Azur (French colony), Reach (Hungarian Colony), Halo CEA (Pillar of Autumn, Installation 04), 2/ODST (Cairo Station, Earth, Installation 05, High Charity), Onyx (Trevelyan), and 3 (Earth, Installation 00, High Charity, Installation 04B.
