Would be interesting, for example, to portray a parish ministering to Visayan Catholics living and working in The Free Lands, among them some of the Embassy staff, somewhere down the line.

That would be interesting. First of all, a few questions we need to clear up:

1. The Visayan Community in the Free Lands (name pending) - how large should it be and where will it be centred? (I imagine, for the latter, Traverse would be a good bet, for some odd reason... ; ))
2. Christian priests have a bit of a weird standing in the Free Lands. No one hinders them from doing their job, but thanks to the Crusade, they might have a hard time getting the good word out.
3. Jews have no problem, though. Bathazar, depending on how long he has spent in the Free Lands already, might have already come into contact with the Selkie-Jews. Which raises the question, how many Visayan Jews are there?

In general, I would accept both for this RP, that is not the question, but before we go at what you outlined in the first paragraph, I'd like to write it all down somewhere.

[New Visayan Islands]

• Traverse would be the obvious center of the Visayan Diaspora, but there is the matter of the Visayan Embassy to consider.
• In practice, I suspect Padre would be finding himself ministering more to the Diaspora than anything.
• Re Visayan Jews. Balthazar and Max Zimmerman--the Health Attaché--are the Jewish members of the embassy's diplomatic staff.
