Why are my images on google????????

So, I was searching up a thread of mine on google (to try and find it so I can log in to my account) when I accidentally searched it up on images. Then, I saw that images I UPLOADED to NATIONSTATES, NOT GOOGLE were on there. Is this a glitch? Do y'all know about this?
How do y'all have good signatures, like I need help

You don't "upload images to Google". Google indexes and displays images from all over the web.

It's like complaining that "hey, I didn't upload my web page to Google! Why is it showing up when I search for it?" Not how it works...
