A little change of plans in terms of what I had originally envisioned, the League of Independent states, to operate more effectively, will officially merge into the GENA. This should offer us significantly more resources and strengthen us without compromising our values.

The Empire of Greater Nifon officially refuses to acknowledge the merger.

It is the belief of Nifonese government that GENA does not represent the Nifonese national interests. At any rate, the Nifonese interests outweigh interests of the global community. While the Nifonese state intends to pursue it's interests in accordance to the ethical code laid by the Kirishitan Faith, Teachings of Ancient Wenchuani Sages and Nifonese Warrior Code, the policy of global unity is not considered something that supports Nifonese national interests.

Gothian Crimea refuses to acknowledge the merger between LIS and GENA.
Despising the rootless urbanite parasite group, who openly have a area called New World Order, Gothian Crimea simply could never bring itself to yoke under them. Because of this, Gothia will not join GENO, nor recognize any duties under them. For they will turn this alliance into a den of thieves, and a place for liars to dwell.
