The guy was a ruthless dictator. He secretly signed in 1973 an unequal treaty with Brazils own dictator when it came to two Hydro power projects. Under the secret agreement, Paraguay could not sell any excess power they did not use, which was alot, to a third nation. They had to sell it back to Brazil at cost. He was overthrown in 1989 but that treaty he signed and which affects Paraguay to this day is still in force. Luckily, next year that part of the agreement finally expires.

And the first game that came to my mind from this song is Tropico 6, does make me want to go back in becoming El Presidente. I don't think this specific song is in Tropico 6, or the previous game I also played Tropico 5 but it's pretty good. 7.9/10.
