[Suggestion] Titles

A big part of being the leader of a nation is a title; it defines just what type of leader you are
That’s why I feel ns would benefit if they added a title box under ‘leader’ in settings.
There’s two ways this could be done. Either, we let nations use whatever leader title they want once they get a leader, or we give them presets until they reach a certain population.

Why not just put your leader's title(s) in the name field and/or a factbook?

Well, besides being easier on the character limit, this gives a way to separate the title and the name, so you’re not seeing ‘King Solomon Ardell XIV’ 16 times in an issue. Also, it could help make issues/parts of issues more specific than “he’s trying to be the next leader.”

I can see your point but I do think that it is not practical? I'll think that most players will not even bother thinking about this, I don't bother at all honestly. And some players has a Cult Leader (like mine) so having a formal title kinda ruins that personality.

And besides, like Ankuran said, a factbook about your leader/s is way cooler.

Sort of a moot issue, as stated above. It's not too hard to input your leader's title into the leader field. Simplicity is alright. Seeing a title multiple times in an issue is a "problem" so minute.

Also, for the cult leader guy, he could have a title like Blood Prophet or something

More customizables means more things on the settings page which the admin has specifically stated they’d like to avoid. I’m not saying we can’t have more customizables, but this one doesn’t seem terribly useful.

You could just put something in the leader name, instead of me putting Impa Shyrean as my leader I could put Director Impa Shyrean or President Shaveer, (my old leader) the only thing I see this useful for is identifying gender for the Father/Mother knows best state.

The field already supports 40 characters, which is pretty generous; my full real name is pretty long and it's still only 24 characters. On this nation, I'm able to fit Premier de Vos and Chancellor Jansen with characters to spare (can't fit their first names, but that's two leaders), and I've got a puppet whose leader's name, Billionaire Benny G Rockefeller, fits just fine. Unless your leader's naming convention follows Middle Eastern or Mexican naming conventions it should be possible on most nations to fit both a title and their name with the space provided. And if it's not enough characters, or if you're annoyed by seeing the full name every issue (and let's be honest: 16 times is hyperbole; I think a leader's name is usually mentioned only once or twice in a given issue), that's what factbooks are for.
