Aftermath of Persian Conquest of Central Asia

The distribution of territories to familial contacts and local rulers has given the Shah a greater deal of control over the territories he has captured from its previous ruling parties. The release of information regarding corruption and the dehumanizing conditions that the people were forced to live under outraged many of the remaining civilian population. Others were not as bothered knowing that their loved ones had fought and died or were captured by this extra-worldly threat.

Before opening the new assignment facilities to the civilian population, where they would be assigned work based on skills and ability, these facilities were used to process the ~230,000 captured soldiers from the conflict. In the end, about 150,000 of the men were released and given assignments. These had all been conscripted against their will to fight in the war and were given jobs fitting their skills or simply security positions around hospitals and similar structures within their home cities.

The remaining 80,000 were sentenced to enslavement. These were primarily non-Uzbeks or Turkmen who had flocked to the country to fight for the Uzbek government. To serve their sentence they were being transported to Tehran, a city of Grogs now, to work in primarily sanitation facilities and street cleaning. The Grogs weren't known for their cleanliness and having a dedicated cleaning service helped any population center of Grogs immensely.

This brought the Shah's population totals, across all his territories and protectorates to just around 285 million, 3 million of which were Grogs at this time, the rest were humans with a few other races mixed into administrative positions. Most of the population lived in the various Indus River Satrapies, while very few lived in Persia proper after its devastation by the Krieg before the arrival of the Shah.

Gonswanzan satellites pick up movements from Carrier Strike Group 5 and Destroyer Squadron 15 in Yokosuka, Japan, along with movements from Sasebo, Japan. Of course, targets are soon picked out, with information relayed to missile sites in Hainan and Taiwan. The time of reckoning has come. Adding to this, Laura Ortiz considers activating an N-Torp, but such a weapon would be one of last resort, given the heavy weight behind it. Alas, with a first strike policy, its use may be demonstrated firsthand if the Short Strike ballistic missiles fail to hit their targets. Luckily, they won't miss.

Within minutes of receiving targeting data, Short Strike missiles are quickly deployed and launched, their targets being specifically the four ships of Carrier Strike Group 5 and the flagship USS Blue Ridge, with further targets being recognized as the rest of the 7th fleet in Sasebo, Japan. However, Gangut class submarines that had been deployed prior are crawling over to try to counter them, while also searching for the submarines out of Guam.

Patriot missile batteries soon throw their missiles into the sky, along with destroyers from Squadron 15 and cruisers of Strike Group 5 doing the same in turn, in vain.

USS Ronald Regan is the first to be hit, with the ship's flight deck parting from the hull on impact, being bent into the center, prior to getting blown apart as the ship was ripped in half. Pieces of the flight deck are sent sky-high from the detonation, raining down upon the port as flaming chunks of metal, warped and shattered beyond recognition.

The next ship that was struck down was USS Blue Ridge, though she was struck in the aft section, the bow being raised prior to the hull getting shattered, though the fore-end of the ship was launched further into the pacific as the fireball rises over where she once was.

Aircraft scramble to escape the doomed carriers, as one by one, they are struck down in a similar fashion. Only one barely survives the encounter, being the USS Antietam, though the heavy damage to her hull forces her to be abandoned as she later capsizes and sinks. Even with a near miss, a warhead meant to kill carriers easily kills a guided-missile cruiser.

All that remains now were the destroyers, though the Gonswanzan fleets at Taiwan and Hainan were at reduced strength. The ships at the latter location soon move to try to aid the former, preparing to engage destroyers and the eventual amphibious assault ships. The moment the ships come into range of one another, Zircons are let loose. Outranging the Harpoons, they quickly race over as CIWS systems struggle to counter them, though a few are intercepted even as the ones that make it through cripple the fleet, but fail to kill the ships. However, a second barrage takes out USS Barry, USS Rafael Peralta, and USS Milius, while USS Higgins falls behind, limping along. The ships further close the distance, as soon the Monsoon class comes into play, firing away against the crippled ships. Even as torpedoes are sent forth, the shells make quick work of the remaining ships as the waters soon explode with fire. However, two Typhoon class destroyers are lost in the exchange, with another three crippled by torpedoes and a fourth narrowly struck by a harpoon.

Leaving the amphibious assault craft exposed, the Gonswanzan fleet keeps its distance from Japan, though further missile strikes are sent against Japanese coastal defenses, as a Republic class carrier soon sends drones against Japanese air defenses to eliminate any resistance. SEAD activities are pulled off, narrowly, though thanks to the mobility of their coastal defenses, most of them survive the first wave of drones, even if it does hammer away at their air defenses, eliminating most of the patriot batteries and AEGIS ashore batteries as well. A second wave cleans house, even at the cost of several dozen drones, which were far cheaper than the missiles and systems used to kill them. Ironically.

Once the threat was eliminated, Monsoons lead the charge, with Typhoons pushing up along with Kirovs. The final death throe for the seventh soon comes, as Monsoons engage the landing craft, helicopters, and aircraft fighting for control of the sea, torpedoes being thrown around, even as Shark UUVs work to counter the torpedoes or even flat out attempt to sink the ships.

The losses are heavy, mostly for the Americans, though overall the battle for the sea had taken a few short days, with Taiwan defended against invasion by sea.

A shame that aircraft are en route anyways to hammer the island to hell, with B-52s soon being sortied to engage. As if this could POSSIBLY end well.

Elsewhere, near Hawaii, the Gonswanzan navy closes in, as more infrastructure falls under siege. USCG cutters attempt to lock down the area, but they are quickly engaged by Zircons, as soon, the rain of fire begins.

Eye witness accounts describe "the sky being set alight, before the ground soon shook with thunder as the rage of an invading fleet was felt for miles across the islands."

Civilians flee in panic, rushing for shelter, trying to escape the chaos and anarchy, though the last few flights out are almost struck down by cruise missiles. Blind Patriot batteries fail to do their job, soon being eliminated, as after the "rain of fire" the Gonswanzan landing forces are delivered via helicopter and landing craft to the beaches.

US Army and National Guardsmen attempt to fight back, but they are cut down quickly as their rounds are quickly proven to be rather ineffective against Boarhound Augmented Armor. Airborne infantry secure airports in Hawai'i, though heavy fighting ensues between police and Gonswanzan army infantry, along with remnants of the US Army and other capable forces, including civilian militias. Tanks are deployed, adding to the anarchy and hell, with Trumpet MBTs and Sword APCs landing on American shores. For the first time since WWII, a foreign nation has successfully put boots on the ground and invaded the US. And for the first time since 1812, they are actively holding their own and securing territory.

However, things go from bad to worse, with hospitals falling under siege, as aircraft from Republic class carriers hammer down civilian areas, "slaughtering them like pigs." There was no mercy to be had in this godless operation, even with fatalities building rapidly on both sides.

Oahu was the cruelest yet, with the Pearl Harbor region, and soon the entire island, being gassed with heavy shelling from the Monsoon class and bombings from Hurricane jet bombers, delivering Tabun and CX gas, as later specialized chemical warfare infantry make their landings to a rather quiet island. What little resistance is experienced was simply burned alive, though footage taken by the infantry from the island shows a horrid series of ghost towns, full of dead, blistered corpses and various fluids in the streets. Women holding babies, dogs lying on the grass, men tearing at their faces, dying in silence as the deadly fog lingers about. The last trace of an American dream over there was a damaged, stained American flag, which is taken down and burned, being replaced with a new one.

The rest of the islands follow a similar story: They were either shelled to hell or razed to the ground, then the landings would proceed, before infantry pushes in hard with mechanized forces to finish the job, executing civilians, officers, and infantry alike. Drones aid in furthering the slaughter, butchering humans like animals, the controllers having little to no remorse for their actions.

Hawaii falls within a week.

And yet, this was only the first stage.

Muqaddasia thanks The Aquaria and replies that thoughts about rebuilding a demilitarised Communist Party have now been almost completely scrapped because of this incident. One of the murderers have been caught, and is being interrogated about the other members of his group and the origin of his strange weapons. His gun has been confiscated and will be copied by the military, because “it is not introduced in any known military, thus no-one can accuse us of illegal reverse engineering”. The prisoner is expected to be executed after trial. The victim’s family have publicly stated that they will not take blood money instead.

In the wake of the horrific actions done, with air defenses getting set up just before B-52s attempt to fly over, soon getting shot down, footage from the battles is released to the public as propaganda videos. Videos of civilians being used as meatshields by police and Nat. Guard infantry with images of Gonswanzan infantry examining equipment abandoned by American forces on the islands. Effectively, it's a compilation of Gonswanzan military might, with radio callouts added to suit the atmosphere, over the Gonswanzan national anthem, which was Westerwald in Spanish. Audio from the footage is also added, if there is audio, in place of radio callouts. Yet, the language used was rather colorful, given the Gonswanzans described the Americans as nothing short of either "pigs", "cows", "rats", or even "cockroaches" at one point.

Obviously, the United States was disgusted by the footage, but they were also quick to deny that such footage was real, even as a mild wave of panic rolls through the US as a whole, given the videos are posted to every form of social media, with people even declaring that the US was weak, or is finally due for its death. Sources are able to confirm that the footage is in fact real, as even more photos and videos are posted of the new flag flying over Pearl Harbor, or in other places as well.

Yet, the insurgency that was meant to be stamped out soon erupts, as infantry attempt to curb the unrest with excessive force and violence. Not that they cared for the now-former citizens of the US. In fact, they only saw them as target practice. Even Gonswanzan ships parked around the Hawaiian islands hold a blockade in place just to keep refugees from running away, not that they could get anywhere, but any attempts to escape would result in their destruction.

And yet, even as Blue Eagle ends, Fire Eagle shall begin... As soon, various naval stations on the west coast are attacked, cell towers go down, various terror attacks arise in select locations that result in a death toll quickly skyrocketing into the thousands. More gas attacks occur in broad daylight, with shootings also happening as police are having to engage against what seems to be terrorists.

The US president addresses the nation, though a bomb within the gathered crowd goes off, forcing the US to come to terms with what their enemy truly is:

All people will be disarmed except for certain paramilitaries and the military. The captured murderer, whose name was revealed to be Sayf al-Said, is going to be executed and one other criminal was captured.

The High Prophets of Velia (Veil), Rouya (Vision) , and Chaya (Life) after intensive debate with the Holy Council about future breaches to the Kovunanto Battle Net from human colonies, they unanimously voted out of 11 for a complete lockdown of access to all unencrypted channels towards foreigners with even a basic or no such knack for hacking skills. For now on, all human colonies and any prospecting foreign human nation hoping to establish contact with aliens will have to find another way to breach military communications.

This is due to escalating tensions between the Kovunanto and every single sphere of human-controlled influence within the Milky Way Galaxy. If one without a reliable enough workaround trying to access the Kovunanto Battle Net like a normal person, they'll just receive gibberish alien language that would read somewhat like this:

The Lord Captain placed down the report and frowned as she looked up at the ship’s second officer, with a frown. Lightly she began to tap the beige colored folder with her index finger as she thought about the report, there wasn’t anything right about any of this. How in the Great Wolf Mother did this happen?

“So, what are your thoughts on the report, Captain?” She finally asked after a few minutes of cold silence, her eyes were still staring down at the report in front of her, which had a report number code and a classification indicator on it.

The second officer, the ship’s captain, flinched a bit at the question and clearly was taken back by it. He sighed and cleared his throat as he looked down at the Lord Captain. “Ma’am in my opinion, the transmissions that we are getting from the planet possibly known as Earth, are concerning. The last few radio transmissions are of particular concern, several of which outline various sorts of...questionable acts by an unknown force.” replied the captain with a sigh, he then placed his finger down on the table map and pointed at two locations, “We are still trying to decode bits and pieces from the transmissions, but we have confirmed that said acts are originating from the area known as ‘China’ and the ‘Middle East’. Both of these regions appear to be heavily contested from the unencrypted transmissions we are receiving.”

“I see” replied the Lord Captain with a sigh as she slumped back in her chair and turned around, looking out the port hole, into the vast depths of space. Below she could see the faint outline of what appears to be a moon base, which has been under construction for the last few days. “Captain, do you think it is possible for us to send a small detachment to see what is going on with that planet?”

“Possibly, I think we can spare one heavy cruiser and maybe a destroyer....” the Captain then let out a ‘tsk’ sound. “Is this how humans usually act? No wonder they almost nuked themselves to oblivion on several occasions before they finally unified.”

“Hold your tongue, Captain” snapped the Lord Captain as she glared at the officer, “Do you not remember how we almost destroyed ourselves during the Inner System Wars and the Outer System War?”

The captain recoiled a bit as he was not expecting that reaction, soon he collected himself and responded “Apologies, my Lord, I forgot that we too were born of war and tragedy.”

“Conflict is just a necessity of civilization, something that is unavoidable. However, this type of war....” gestured the Lord Captain to the folder on her desk. “Is something one should be concerned about, now please...send the two ships for a scouting mission.”

Slowly two warships, a heavy cruiser and a destroyer, slowly lifted off from the surface of Triton, sending dust and debris into the space around them as their engines burned with intensity. It would be moments later that they began to leave the moon’s gravity and passed the elements of the flotilla that did not land on the planet, as they did so it could be barely seen but the crew of the ships saluted each other.

It would take some time, but the two ships would leave the orbit of the moon and eventually the orbit of the planet, Neptune. Once they had left the orbit of the planet, the commander of the two ships set a course for the only habitable planet in the system. Many of the crew members were hesitant about heading in that direction, as for the Fenvarians, they viewed Sol as a haunted system and Earth as the primary cause for it. There was just something cursed about that planet and anything that sprung up on it or around it, seemed slightly off. But, they carried out their orders, fearing the repercussions of disobeying them more than their own fear. For some, this was the start of a whole new, and dangerous journey.....

[Gonswanza]

In the wake of the Hawaiian attacks, along with various strikes around the US, a new weapon soon comes to light, with a new battlefield. Of course, Gonswanza was slowly coming to light in the world, proudly broadcasting word of the swift victory in the Pacific, even revealing footage of the destruction of the USS Ronald Regan. Yet, a new menace was lurking around, beyond the information war that was being readily waged online by groups of people trying to make sense of footage and claims, headlines running wild and being stirred up into a frenzy.

However, this new "strike" if one could call it that was rather quiet. Just a simple little thumb drive. An innocent device. A few taps of the keyboard. And a simple file being executed.

Yet, that's where this new hell began.

Reports of blackouts and brownouts soon grip the US, banks are unable to manage data. Cellphones seem to lock up, only to sing "Jingle Bells" annoyingly after connecting to wifi in hospitals. That's later followed by said hospital network crashing, putting actual lives in danger.

But that's just the appetizer.

Sure enough, the perfect storm is realized, as the strange "bug" soon finds access to an internet node, digging into it to rest, while sending off copies of itself, infecting devices wirelessly, then exploiting connections to attack virtually everything else.

News stations go dark. Pipelines soon burst. Refineries go up in flames. Nuclear reactors start to overheat. Even NORAD, a supposed bastion of cybersecurity for the USAF, goes absolutely apeshit. The "anomaly" attacks various levels of networks as well, all the way down to closed loops, ripping through the CIA, NSA, and Homeland. Phone calls give up, as service providers attempt to shut down their servers in a desperate bid to save themselves, but the damage is already done. It later spreads to satellites, knocking out the remainder of US-controlled satellites in orbit, while also endangering the ISS with stray "zombie" satellites and debris. Missile defense systems go dark. Air traffic controllers are locked out of their own systems, unable to contact civilian aviation.

Of course, all hell broke loose. Like it usually does.

Even if Operation Fire Eagle proper was due to be delayed, simply waging a cyberwar to buy up time seemed to be the best route, even as the losses are quick to pile high into the hundreds of thousands. Patients unable to get treatment, surgical robots ripping into the very people they were meant to save, traders unable to contact the outside world, the very source of prosperity and the one precious commodity that flows around the US soon bursting forth from overloaded valves and igniting facilities, while the market quite literally breaks.

And yet, the anarchy sowed is enough to spark the flames of desperation, further aiding in possibly hampering morale.

The source is never realized, as intended. Not that it should be realized. In fact, it almost seems obvious who was behind it. Yet the reason why will never be given. An interconnected world, now forcefully shoved into the dark, by an advanced intruder that just so happened to slip into a thumb drive, or even a corporate e-mail.

Now, of course, this could all have been avoided if people weren't so predictable and easy to exploit.

And yet, this would only add to the coming storm.

Moon
The Oceanian moon base was flourishing with the technology they were able to developed allow them have an advantage over their neighbors and were able to put defense systems such as the new and improved AATIS orbital defense gun which dotted about in their moon territory. A shipyard was able to be developed allowing the OSDF to produce warship for their Space Navy Fleet all in all everything was going fine here.

Mars
The situation on mars was going great the OSDF was able to produce a military base on the surface of the planet and were currently developing tanks for the OSDF to be used in future missions with trials taking place on Mars using advance technology and materials they were able to produce a few tanks that could withstand what they might encounter in the field. These vehicles utilized High-Velocity guns and some using an experimental rail assist guns.

Uranus
Development here was slow they have managed to base on one of the planet’s moon but expansion to others will have to wait as it takes some time to get the resource and construct the necessary infrastructure. However they were able to produce the basics such as landing pads, barracks, and basic defense systems.

Earlier morning, the People's Marshal, Khirelya "Karmiya" Mariyuvisch, submitted his resignation letter in front of the Party Central members during the central opening session. He stated that his goals of returning the party back in the course of socialist internationalism has been successful. The GCN Human Rights Act is passed by the Global Senate. This thing is once again, more proof that they discriminate socialist states like ours! Lets dive in shall we?

GCN Declaration of Human Rights
An act to ensure the rights of GCN citizens.

Understanding that the GCN’s citizens must be protected from governments within the GCN that do not uphold their rights,
Hereby declares the following:
I. All GCN citizens shall have the right to property. No GCN member state may take property from its citizens unless such property is illegal to own, such as illegal drugs.
a. This right to property does not include other human beings, who are not property.
II. All GCN citizens shall have the right to liberty. No GCN member state may allow slavery to be legal.

The GCN human rights act is passed by the Trenakan representative and was drafted 3 times. And in those 3 drafts, there has never been a statement about working conditions, nor does it enshrine freedom and democracy. It is also blatant intrusion of national sovereignty, which I will explain in the next few paragraphs. Other than that, they also lack more important human rights. The definition of human rights is:

Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death. They apply regardless of where you are from, what you believe or how you choose to live your life. They can never be taken away, although they can sometimes be restricted – for example if a person breaks the law, or in the interests of national security. These basic rights are based on shared values like dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence.

Looking back on their declaration, it only includes the freedom of property, freedom from slavery, and freedom of press and rightful proper justice system. Knowing the GCN, an imperialist alliance that calls itself the next WA, it lacks valued rights such as the right for elections, the right for labor, the right for education, the right for basic human necessities such as food and water. This is just weak compared to the WA passed legislations. Sure the WA don't have any Human rights declarations. But they do have a charter for human rights. Not only that, they also have A LOT of resolutions to enforce basic rights such as the anti-child labor policies, workplace safety standards act, interrogation measures, POW accord, Ban on slavery and trafficking, Patient's rights act, international transport safety, fairness in criminal trials, a right to a lawful divorce, labor relations act, food welfare act, refugee protection, food and drug standards act, promotion of basic education, freedom of travel, equal justice under law, just to mention a few.

Going back to the topic, this declaration is none other than a state intrusion specifically to ours. Our socialist state bans private property, since its a bourgeoisie symbol and a sign of greed. But of course, we can differentiate private property and personal property. Meaning, we ain't sharing our toothbrushes and underwear mate. So what is my point here? On the 1st section of the human rights act:

The Muqaddasi Armed Forces immediately replied by sending a photo on social media of the gun used by the terrorists and the KH-119, showing that they were completely identical. Muqaddasia condemned the refusal to acknowledge that they had supported a terrorist group and suggested that Muqaddasia is at fault for the attack. And, supposedly, the second variation can also knock out helicopters, which is just AWESOME! However, information on the device is still rather obscure, in spite of this "universal" mine existing in active deployment.

The specifics have yet to be released, but some may say that it could even be enabled for export, with the proper release of information, beyond this mild press release that was approved by the MoD.
