World Lacrosse Championships 40- Signups (CLOSED!)

It's time to open signups for the 40th edition of the World Lacrosse Championships!

Over 39 editions, we have seen some greats in this competition. Cosumar, Sarzonia, Vangaziland, and Abanhfleft have all had tremendous success, but there is plenty of room for more nations to create their own legacy. It won't be easy though, the powers of the international scene will look to add this trophy to their collection, while others were are on the brink of success hope this is their breakout tournament.

If you would like to signup, please do so here. This post serves as the signup for Cassadaigua.

Also, we will need host bids. This is typically a good tournament for newer hosts to build their resume, but some experience with xkoranate and the forum in general will be useful. In your bid, you must, at minimum, describe your proposed format and method of scorination. If you've left anything out, please be prepared for questions. This is the winning bid of the last WLC, that can be used for reference.

The deadline for host bids will be April 23rd at 8pm EDT.

The WLC is an excellent opportunity for a nation to learn about the "big leagues" of NSS hosting.
The hardest part is the bid, b/c we do have situations where we don't have 'optimal' numbers.

As a former two-time host of this event, I am certainly available to give advice or talk through ideas you might have if you wanted to submit a bid. A TG or a DM on Discord is where to start.

Also a word to newcomers...Welcome! The WLC has a reputation for being a competition where nations can achieve great things in a short amount of time. RP & Maggie's love go a lot farther here that in many other events.

Number 40 is a big milestone for the WLC, good luck to all!
