“reasonable” doesn’t mean things I agree with, it means something that could address the problem and is appropriate for the problem. for example, if someone is doing cybercrime, the solution is not increasing naval spending and it is also not banning the internet.

Banning the internet would drastically reduce cyber crime. Although granted, naval funding doesn't seem related.

the internet has benefits to the economy and sciences that can be proven. these benefits almost certainly outweigh the cost of cybercrime.
