There are also claims (and photos) of Ukraine placing their artillery in residential areas to protect themselves from Russian counter battery fire. However the proof basically boils down to like 3 howitzers sitting near a building which looks to be abandoned so citation needed on that

I agree that it looks sketchy, but it’s risky enough that it would be unwise to fuck around and find out rather than confirming with Erdogan. It doesn’t make sense that they’d contradict each other unless there was a severe miscommunication, or confusion is the goal. You might be able to. I don’t know the particulars but if your father was born prior to Cameroon independence or if he parents where born prior to that or have French ancestry you very well have a shot at gaining French citizenship
