I take it that it would refer to the latter as the seals worship... fish?

I want to tell you all that I'm disbanding WTO and all members of the alliance that have had mutual defence agreement with me are now have no commitments of any kind that the alliance had previously assessed. Most members of the alliance didn't prove themselves to be committed, engaged, and devoted to each other in alliance and waged wars against each other. So that's it! Consider it both ICly and OOCly while reading this.

I’m kind of surprised at this. So, both ICly and OOCly for the aforementioned reasons? Or was it something else for the OOC reason?
