The Secretariat bears amenable cognizance to the M.D. Phlegomy's asseverative overtures of mutual cooperation and has thusly convened with the General Congress of the F.C.S. C.A. to promptly render the following:

The receipt of a Diarcesian consulic delegation, to be headed by Diplomatic Apostolate L. Haelelys Thramlock and allotted official holdings in Canberra's consulic district, has been forthrightly approved.

L. Thramlock and her adjunctary staff will be expected to arrive in Australia via aircraft at the Fremantle International Transport Hub (F.I.T.H) at their earliest convenience; if it would be preferable for an A.N.C.A.S. aircraft to instead collect the Diplomatic Apostolate and adjunctary staff from the M.D. such arrangements can be made. The Secretariat welcomes the additional context provided by the LIA-OSINT and has factored such into its pronouncement, alongside a thorough and cautious examination of all available information.

It is, thusly, the determination of the Committee for Metaphysical Philosophy that Lamrac must be categorised as an Incongruent-Type nation. Examination of the historical records of Lamrac by specialised personnel and cross-examination with available records from the United States have led to the conclusion that - at the very least five years ago, if not longer - the timeline of Lamrac and the Commonwealth diverged, meaning that Lamrac is not located in our future, but rather a possible future of a point in the past.

As such, it has been determined that a provisory office in Perth to host Ambassador Jackie Helder and her adjunctary staff would be the most appropriate posting, should this prove satisfactory to the Lamrac.
