Northern Taiwan
Oceanian Ships that were sent were crippled or destroyed however this doesn’t mean the enemy navy was safe either nearby islands that are under Oceanian Control had powered up their Coastal guns and reading off of coordinates from reconnaissance squadrons while jets were quickly loaded with anti-ship missiles and launched as seeing naval reinforcements will take few weeks to arrive deployment of Type IICV submarines to attack supply and troop transport ships while Juilet-class submarines will be tasked with attack enemy naval ships

Inland
Troops near the beaches were blown up by enemy missiles however as for emplacements and fortifications they were spread out so while losses for troops were a lot the emplacements suffered some losses but few that survived were used to their limit so while the IAAC were too busy to celebrating realize the fight wasn’t over a new opponent has arrived

On the battlefield many Oceanian troops were hiding behind cover pinned by the overwhelming Erloane troops they knew hope was all lost until a mini explosion sounded off and smoke covered their area masking the area in grey smoke, they could hear rumbling of engine come close thinking it was a regular M-84 a enemy tank fired into the smoke only for a loud ricochet was heard and then the tank finally revealed itself being a Pariah Tank on it there is scars that were previous hits from other enemy tanks.

As the tank came out frontline attackers came out too these soldiers were shock troopers who prefer heavy weapons and armor to carry out their attacks so a few wore UIR suits while others wore simple ballistic vest and had metal masks.

With a turn of its turret it aimed for the nearest tank and fired hitting the tank with its 130mm gun

“Yeah you get some and you get some too” the gunner yelled in excitement using both the tank cannon and the co-axial gun on the enemy

“Focus on their tanks and gun placements the enemy will get their share of lead driver continue a steady advance with the other Pariahs” the commander ordered looking through the commander optics

Southern Taiwan
Frontline Attacker units and the Pariah made their way to the south equipped with AGS-30 grenade launchers and for artillery support TOS-1 rocket artillery and 2S5 SPGs were used to counterattack enemy artillery while the TOS-1 uses it missiles onto enemy fortifications.

As the TOS-1 move in their firing position a checkups were made ranging from general check ups on the vehicle to make sure the thermobaric rounds were loaded and ready once done. All gunners elevated the missiles launcher up and fired the missiles flew from salvos into the sky towards their target. The 2S5 SPGs got into their positions and elevated their guns their task was counter battery the enemy artillery and shell AA positions and soon the guns were loaded they fired off a few shells before packing up and moving to another spot to do the same thing all over again

The Caroleans in the area staved off multiple hit and run attacks from the Oceanian Stalkers by launching counter-attacks with their own and delivering more casualties than they could receive. Morale still is fanatically high and now further bolstered due to the arrival of Army Group Nyx from the Republic of Erloane.

But they eventually encountered the Oceanians with their new units and vehicles, the Caroleans took this as a personal challenge and positioned themselves along a large treeline that seperated A.G Nyx and the Oceanians. The Colonel of the regiment took note as the Oceanians utilized Frontline Attackers & Pariah's to keep their hold along Taiwan. They noticed that the artillery pieces of the Oceanians moved constantly and so they had to use their swift mobility to intercept and catch up with the Mobile artillery.

In one instances of their moments, the Caroleans noticed that the Oceanians were setting up their artillery pieces after moving from another spot. This time they were situated close to the Frontline Attackers & Pariahs.

"ATGM Teams, aim your weapons at the turrets of those mobile artillery pieces along with their new tanks. Make sure the rounds hit the tops of their turrets.." The Colonel explained to his ATGM Squads.

The Caroleans took their positions, ready to unleash hell once more to the Oceanians. All eyes looked at the Colonel and awaited his command, the Colonel waited for the right opportune moment to strike once the Oceanians had their artillery deployed and were about to fire.

"NOW!" The Colonel ordered his command and the rest of the regiment followed suit, the ATGM Squads fired their SBATL's against both the Pariah's and the Oceanian Mobile Artillery pieces. The rockets streaked through the air and almost reached the sound barrier before they eventually hit their targets. The rounds hit directly where they wanted to hit, at the weakest armor of the turret. Several dozen Artillery Pieces and Pariah's were destroyed by the SBATL's precise fire.

The rest of the regiment followed suit and fired their SBR-12's in a coordinated typhoon of 11mm 'HVAPSC' explosive rounds against the Frontline attackers with brutal results, entire squads eliminated by quick simultaneous bursts from squads of Carolean infantry.

"FORVART!" The Colonel bellowed through his comms piece. The regiment then launched their signature lightning fast offensive sprinting through and out of the treeline whilst firing their battle rifles, several Caroleans threw their grenades which caused devestating damage to Oceanian Infantry squads who were too close. The rest of the Caroleans engaged in close quarters and even hand-to-hand combat, by then the Frontline Attackers of the Oceanians tried to counterattack and charged at the Caroleans. The skills of a Carolean in hand-to-hand combat is feared across the entirety of the Confederation and its fellow associates. Several of the Oceanians fell quickly to Svenska-Britannian 15 Inch Tri-Bladed Vibro Bayonets with gruesome deaths caused by the Bayonets, the Vast majority however were mercilessly gunned down to take them out as quickly as possible.

Several of the Caroleans threw grenades at the remaining artillery pieces that still stood and the result was several explosions that echoed throughout the area. AA Squads quickly took note of Oceanian close air support and fired their SBAAL's in unison, once more Svenska-Britannian rockets filled the Taiwanese skies and took down Oceanian aircraft who ventured too close to the Caroleans.

The Caroleans however had started getting casualties, around 10 of the soldiers fell to enemy action. The Colonel saw the aftermath of the battle and took notes of the Oceanian units with their weaponry and equipment..

Turret armour of M1A3s was sturdy, but as the Pariahs came closer and the penetration of thier rounds increased the M1A3s became more vulnerable. This platoon and a platoon of IFV mounted infantry was currently pinned down by a horde of Pariahs. As the Pariahs crawled closer, the infantrymen found an issue with those tanks. Pariah tanks have a vent on the back, just large enough to throw a grenade inside. Once spotted, grenades were thrown into the vents and Pariahs blew up in an instant. Destroyed Pariahs were captured and sent back to Erloane for analysis. M1A3s 120mm L/70 main gun was more than capable of penetrating armour of Pariah tanks so the initial shock from the introduction of a new tank quiclky began to disappear.

Recon UAVs flew over Oceanian artillery positions. While thier fly-by was short, but sufficient to aquire a lock on enemy positions. Typhoon 510mm super heavy guns elevated thier barrels. Tens of thunderous shots were fired. IAAC soldiers saw the explosions and rising smoke from miles away. Typhoons then began shelling all positions of Oceanian units and ships, causing massive casualties and destroying many ships.

Erloanean submarines activelly began hunting enemy subs and ships, sinking some with thier long range 630mm torpedoes and then disappearing under the waves.

Hypersonic ICBMs are launched from Erloane. However they do not carry nuclear or other weapons of mass destruction. They only carry standard explosive warheads. They fly across the world, hitting Air Strip One´s industrial area. Erloane´s missile defence system, including hypersonic interceptor missiles, both standalone and on fighters. Other missiles are targeted at the Oceanian outpost on an island and other outposts across Taiwan and the Pacific.

After days of extremely brutal fighting, IAAC forces have captured Taipei and captured around 150 Oceanian POWs, the rest chose death before dishonour. These POWs were taken into a POW camp, where they got housing and warm meals 3 times a day. An officer in charge then gathered the Oceanians and told them that they are being offered a chance to escape Oceania to a nation of thier choosing, after said this silence descended on the camp.

While Erloane manage to found the fatal flaw on the Pariah tank which was the vents on the back of the tank however when they were sent back to analysis the tank armor didn’t get penetrate because of the power from their of tank gun it got penetrated because of the already destroyed state of the tank when a grenade gets thrown inside it destroys everything inside the tank and detonating the ammo on same tanks but because of this the armor was severely weaken to be the point it can be penetrated. as for Svenska when they hit the top of tank turret it detonated the rounds in the auto loader causing the tank go up flames like a T-72 in the Middle East.

As for the captured Oceanian they committed suicide with a special tooth that contains cyanide and that was surgically implanted in the jaw better die by their own hands then be captured by the enemy.

When the IBCMs hit not only did it blow up an ammunition factories and killing around 1,000-3,000 workers but also causing collateral damages that resulted in the estimated death of around 10,000-25,000 deaths however there could be more. The liberation of Taiwan.

The last Oceanian forces have been pushed back and defeated. The use of power armour and Pariah tanks didn´t save the. All of Taiwan has been officially liberated from all opposing forces. Lands of Taiwan have been handed over to the rightful owner. IAAC forces leave new equipment for Taiwan´s Army and they move to sites as they prepare to leave as soon as the RoC says that it is time to withdraw. Hundreds of thousands of rounds, new rifles, new artillery pieces, along with enough ordnance to turn any invasion force into a deeply demoralised force of light infantry has been given to Taiwan. Civilians also recieved food, water, clothes and other forms of aid. The RoC government has recieved a 200 000 000 EUD in financial aid, to use at thier own discression. In due time the IAAC shall be disbanded and friendly relations will hopefully be established between its members.

The current Oceanian Forces could no longer fight a conventional fight against the enemy the order to withdraw was given that any surviving unit will be grouped up together and sent back to the undisputed zones The use of Power Armor and Pariah tanks allowed Oceania to find the flaws within them and upgrade them to help them in future conflicts.

Watching the other forces depart from Taiwan, the Commander for the peace troops took a sip of her coffee and said:

"Yeah, war always ends as quickly as it begins. I should really write that report the Emperor's office requested, but I REALLY want to take a shower first. Nah, duck it. The report can wait."

While she walked through the airport where the HQ was located, she saw the civilians starting to leave towards their homes. She couldn't help but stop for a brief moment when a small kid waved to her, receiving back from her a military salutation.

"I wonder if one day we'll be the ones in this situation... I mean, it's not that I doubt our might, but we are really not used to the horrors of war. Since our foundation the first Holy Emperor embraced peace with other nations above everything else, and even if we got to fight so many different wars in so many different places and planes it's not like it was ever our war."

A Taiwanese volunteer passed by, carrying medical supplies as if in a hurry.

"Hey, you need help?"

The man looked to the Commander and said:

"Oh, you probably have more pressing matters to care for, Commander".

Without a word she took half the boxes and started moving in front of the volunteer.

"Let's go."

After a moment of silence, the Commander muttered in a sad tone:

"Is it really over? No, it is not. When they are all gone, we are always left behind... For how long? God knows. But we are always the last ones the leave."

The volunteer considered what she said for a moment and responded:

"As long as it is you, we don't really care. No one else cared about helping, you did. Stay for as long as you want, we really need your help here."

The Commander didn't really know how to respond, even after all those years of service as a peacekeeper.

"I guess in the end we did win this war..."

The volunteer didn't really understand what she was saying and dared to ask:

"You won? But did you fight?"

She smiled and said:

"Well, technically we did not fight; we do not take sides. Our war was to save lives, and lives we saved. Not all, but as many as we could."

Getting to the medical area, the Commander gave him the boxes back and started moving away in silence. Before she could leave the volunteer interrupted:

"The survivors are organizing a party right outside of the airport. You're definitely invited, Commander."

The Commander stopped for a second, thinking.

"Yeah, after I take a shower and write that damned report to the Empire. I could do with some drinks tonight, enough for me to pass out until tomorrow..."

They both laughed and after a brief awkward moment the volunteer said:

"Thank you Commander. I mean it."

The Commander blushed for a second, still not used to it.

"Don't mention it, all I did was my duty."

"A duty to protect, huh?"

"Yeah... a duty protect, whatever it means..."

"See you outside, them?"

"See you outside."

Liberated Formosa (Taiwan)

As the rest of the allied troops of the IAAC departed back to their homes, the Caroleans who've fought the battles most intensely celebrate the liberation of Taiwan with a fierce battlecry as they boarded up the landing ship back to the south.

"Soldiers, We've done it. A nation and it's people have been liberated under the boots of Tyrannical imperialistic nations, we'll commemorate our celebration today to honor both the living and the dead. God bless those who've lived, fought, and died in this act of liberation. HONOR THE LIBERATED!" The Colonel of the Regiment addressed to his soldiers.

"HURRAH!"

"HURRAH!"

"HURRAH!"

The entire regiment chanted before breaking up into a sonorous battlecry. The Landing Ship that dropped them off then picked up the soldiers from the beach and started departing once everyone had finally boarded up.

The United Confederation has done it's job of liberating Formosa with a small yet elite force. Citizens across the Confederation celebrated with joy as troops started returning back to the homeland, whilst also celebrating the Liberation of a Sovereign Nation from the boots of Tyrannical Regimes.
