A Question About the tags of Ex-Nations.

Hello! I’ve been on NationStates since May 2020, and I’ve been wondering since June 2020:
Why are there different tags for ex-nations?
Sometimes it tells me that it’s reserved, sometimes it tells me that it’s disgraced, soiled or retired.
I do know what reserved and retired mean, (only this big ex-nation can have this name) or (this nation was very important) respectively, however, I still have yet to figure out what “disgraced” and “soiled” mean. If you could give me an answer, that would be appreciated!

"disgraced" and "soiled" mean that the previous nations of those names were involved in so much rule-breaking that not only the nations but the associated names as well have been banned. I'm not sure what the difference between "disgraced" and "soiled" is.

The text is "Disgraced: This name was soiled by a former nation", so in effect they mean the exact same thing. And no, mod-deleted nations cannot be restored by their owners.
