If smaller nations cannot retire aircraft because- say, they are dependent on the airline industry/tourism/they cannot afford/etc, should we hand out funds to support them?
For 3H, you say the Green Airline Award will be handed out by, the 'airline(s) that contributes the most to the cause of the department', and then you say, 'we will judge by how many flights the airline has made with "Certified Green" aircraft'. Will the criteria include both?
And finally, for 1, does it take into account lighter-than-air aircraft, i.e aerostats?
Just doing some constructive criticism here, I like the general idea though!

Taxiing is when a aircraft is on the ground and moving. Or do you mean like when its at a terminal?
