Agrarian Crisis In Russia
RUSSIA - Reports have come in that farm harvests have decreased in Russia, which may potentially lead to a risk for nationwide famine. Although this decrease was only relegated to the country's westernmost provinces, especially those bordering Ukraine and the Mountain Republic, it has at the same time been reported in other provinces as well. The Labour Front (TF) has been calling for action against the crisis through state-sponsored food relief and foreign intervention. President Vasily Boldyrev has announced that he would pause or cut down all his policies, including the production of Mikhtims, in order to focus on preventing a nationwide famine in Russia and he would also approve of foreign intervention against said famine. While this may unite all parties for the time being, the Greater Russian National Front (BRNF) has requested that Germany should be excluded, mainly due to the party's fear of "German imperialism", as exemplified by what is currently happening in Haiti. This request has been denounced by the Rejuvenation League (LO) as anti-German sentiment. On the other hand, the Russian government also seeks to create new jobs for those who were left jobless after the Second World War. At this moment, political unity in Russia may have been achieved due to a nationwide crisis.
Anti-German Protests Across Russia
RUSSIA - Just as Russia became more unified in the face of a possible famine, division remains high due to the recent emergence of violent anti-German protests across the country. These protests are suspected of being organized by the Greater Russian National Front (BRNF), who has claimed that Germany caused the crisis by destroying numerous farms during the Second World War. Given the German invasion of Haiti, party leader Roman Zakhaev has stated that the Germans are an "imperialistic race" that seeks to "deprive Mother Russia of any prosperity" and eventually "oppress her people". As a result, he has called for all Russians to take a stand against "German imperialism" and show Germans that they are not welcome in Russia. This has been harshly criticized by the Rejuvenation League (LO), who accused Roman Zakhaev of inciting ethnic violence across Russia. Right now, the protests seems to consist of people marching through towns while shouting words such as "Death To All Germans" and "Long Live Mother Russia". On the other hand, there were even reports of Russian protesters burning the German flag and allegedly attacking German businesses. Bricks, rocks, empty bottles and even Molotov cocktails have allegedly been thrown at German shops. The Rejuvenation League has called on President Vasily Boldyrev to not just prevent famine, but also fight against anti-German sentiment that is slowly emerging in the country.

Dear Committee, we have produced enough Mikhtims to be handed over to your forces. We would also send Russian troops to aid you in your fight against the Savinkovist occupation. Both the troops and the rifles will be reaching your territory within hours. Remember that Russia is currently suffering from an agrarian crisis, yet it will be handled so that everything can go back to normal. Long live freedom.
Sincerely, President Vasily Boldyrev
