I don’t quite follow with this, sorry. How is making synthetic hormones affordable cheaper for nations?
OOC: Sorry, that was my ambassador trying to be a bit tongue-in-cheek about the initial critiques ages ago (from Jocospor et al) with regards to the additional costs coming from mandating biological hormones as opposed to allowing synthetic hormones, but I'm still coming off of illness a bit so I'm going to blame it on that
