Yeah if Miek and Nagakawa have no issue you can be the Great Lord. I initially assumed Great Yuan would be, however, the Great Lord of East Asia, but I'll let you three settle it.

Unless the OP says otherwise, conflicting claims on my maps will go to whoever put up their apps first.

You may want to avoid including Ireland in the Thaumatarchy or at least put it as a claim that is never finalized because of the crazy druid witch ruling there. But the Isle of Man and Channel Isles are still in the Thaumatarchy. Basically just say everyone island around Great Britain and the Channel Isles are theirs.

Abilities: Líszt is the commander of the Neuschwabenland Division of the Resistance and has shown a surprising amount of skill in keeping all of her rather...colourful underlings under control and focused on their tasks. She has also long trained and steeled her body, practicing several martial arts and general combat moves and weapons handling from war veterans housed in her base.
Biography: Ilona Líszt was born as an ethnic Hungarian in the Austrian Burgenland to a family with a long history of working for the Austrians. Wether it was as mercenaries against the Protestants or Turks, as soldiers against the Prussians, as intelligence officers of the k.u.k. Evidenzbüro against the Entente, as members of the RSHA against the Allies and finally as members of the Stapo.

Ilona's future was looking different. Having been in a rebellious phase, she had joined with nationalist hungarians and espoused revanchist rhetoric and the threat of moving to Hungary and becoming a journalist uncovering dirty secret service affairs instead. Much to the chagrin of her parents, who, at the time, couldn't devote much time or effort to setting her daughter straight, following leads that could very well blow Columbia's and Hammer's entire operation.

It was on the eve of the new year's coming that Ilona broke up with her ultranationalist hungarian boyfriend after he attempted to rape her and returned back home in tears, ready to seek the loving embrace of her parents again. Suffice to say, they weren't there, leaving Ilona to stew in her own tears and misery.

Yet when the morning and the new year came, a broadcast informed her of the terrible news. The metahumans had taken over the world. Aside from recoiling at the news like any sane person without superpowers, Ilona immediately set out to the Stapo offices she knew her parents worked in...just to find a bloodbath. In the metahumans' takeover it too had been liquidated. Still, it took her several additional days to find out that her parents were well and truly dead, having refused to bow down to the terrorists who now ruled the world.

She spent another week vegetating in her parents' house as the metahumans tightened their grip on the world. Yet to her it didn't matter, the whirlpool of emotions she was going through kept her uncaring. The week, multiple unsuccessful suicide attempts and a homicide of someone coming to check up on her later, Ilona took supplies and everything of value, set fire to her home and then set out into the countryside.

Eventually, through many backchannels and the like, the Hungarian would find herself in Australia where she entered into military service with the Resistance, proving herself to be a loyal but...questionable moral soldier and later commander.

Eventually she'd be commanded to take charge of a newly joined Resistance cell. Said resistance cell turned out to be a rather...eclectic bunch of individuals with an equally eclectic bunch of means and expertise at their disposal. And while a headache to manage at first, Ilona quickly found perks in her new position and formed a sort of militarized research cell away from the target that was Australia, safe and sound in case of a new metahuman offensive.

As of late the research of said cell has concentrated on something one of the most influential scientists on the base, one Dr. Abraham Tannenbaum, propagates as a humane way of saving the world and returning it to its previous state. That being a cure for metahumanity that is supposed to return everyone to being baseline humans. So far there have been serious issues with distribution methods and uhm, well, all subjects died gruesomely within a timespan of 48 hours but Dr. Tannenbaum is wholly convinced of his project's future success.

Others, in a less saviour-esque mindset such as Ilona herself however are focusing their thoughts on different ideas, ideas on how to wipe out the metahuman scourge...and likely humanity along with it.

Despite his strong desires, experience has worn him down somewhat, and he has developed some private fear that, for once, the problem may be insurmountable. This has created someone who is daring and willing to take whatever risks are necessary to win, which has resulted in surprising clashes with his calm and imperious persona. He has nostalgia for a world he can barely remember, which has coupled with his arrogance to create someone who seeks self-righteous vigilante justice.
Abilities:
Portal Creation: His primary ability, Teris can bind two points in space together. While knowledge of the location is preferred as to be accurate in his connections, he has been known to create portals to locations based on coordinates and relative distances. Living beings must have a concious or subconscious desire to go through the portal in order to be transported, otherwise they will collide with it like a solid object. Forced marches for dozens of miles in a day, lifting half-ton masses, being able to survive hits from high-caliber small arms. The only thing above most metahumans is his reflexes, which are often fast enough to pre-empt actions effectively, invaluable when he needs to get moving.

This slight record for misbehavior did not prevent him from still qualifying as a registered superhero. The cliques and connections gained in USMEPP was a major source of metahuman resentment against the government. After all, you place a bunch of socially-isolated kids in a special location, they're going to develop separately. Superhero team assignments came easily, taking up the identity of Phaze-R and operating on the Gulf Coast starting at 15. His career was bright, his powers allowing for great assistance in disaster relief and threat mitigation, things he relished in. His reputation was very positive, and he played well to the local news and even attrated the attention of national metahuman groups as he became an adult.

Despite this praise and love from the public for his work, he was very lonely. He was attracted to the idea of comradert, and when he caught wind of the wider metahuman plot, Teris was all too happy to sign up. Indeed, on the Milennium day, Teris was transporting Metas discreetly to secure locations. His involvement was enough to guarantee him a very valuable position within the new order until he listened to the speech. The teenager was easily swayed, and he had found comradery with his metahuman companions but this was different from what he had in mind. He had assumed this was a show of force to get humanity to recognize that they weren't just tools to be used, but what was broadcast was not a demand for respect, but a declaration of supremacy. This was not something he would accept. Immediately he disappeared for a whole year, as the world descended into a losing war with the superhumans.

He only reappeared in the resistance headquarters in Melbourne, penetrating the null fields which nearly killed him and presenting information to the assembled former world leaders. Data on metahuman positions and plans, ones he was not privy to when he was working with the nascent powers. He had a clear vision of what this new order was becoming, clearer than almost anyone, and he was eager to try and save what remained of free humanity, because that's what a hero is supposed to do.

Since his induction into the resistance under the codename Gatekeeper, he has begun to take increasingly daring missions, be it teleporting explosives into Metahuman locations, gathering information for the resistance, and recruiting disillusioned nobility to the cause. His truly cherished plan was his most impressive however. Project REDOUBT was his pet project with Resistance command, seeking to send free humanity to another world, far beyond the reach and knowledge of almost every Metahuman. Though some view it as giving up, Teris sees it as security and perhaps an apology for his guilt over his role in the destruction of the old world. Now Gatekeeper was on a personal quest to restore the old world, no matter how far away it may seem now.

Additional information: Teris has access to advanced Resistance technology developed by the best mortal minds as one of their lead agents. These items are mostly to assist in his infiltration and gathering activities, for he lacks the personal power to truly threaten most other metahumans.

Identity Spoof: In most recordings, Teris appears either as someone else, or as a blur. This is due to a small pellet he holds in a fake tooth, which broadcasts a fake image to electronic systems. Similarly his voice is distorted or normalized. This has no impact on face-to-face interactions, but is a convenient tool for sewing discord in his operations after the fact.

Null Field Generator (NFG): The tool that has single handedly prevented the fall of the resistance strongholds outright, the early null fields were oppressive and brutal things, generating a screeching noise in the back of the mind of baseline humans. To metahumans, null fields can disrupt their powers and distract them massively, and prolonged exposure to older models could induce psychoses and brain damage. Newer models are more directed, able to reduce the strength of metahuman powers at no harm to baseline humans. This is kept in a backpack Teris wears as a last resort. Not much of an enhanced fighter in a world of truly terrifying metahumans and magicians, if he is cornered he will activate the generator, hoping that his natually trained physique and the great human equalizer can see him to his escape.
