Can you increase the rate at which you get issues? Like make it so you get issues more often?
Anti: Democracy, human rights, progressivism, minority rights, technophilia
Pro: Imperialism, Scripture, God, lifting, traditionalism, primitivism
The WA and it's consequences have been a disaster for the human race.

Provided you have "no throttle" turned on in settings, no.

One issue every 6 hours is the maximum sustainable rate of receiving issues. You receive them quicker as a newly-founded nation, but over the first month (I think it's a month) or so it slows down to 1 issue per 6 hours and that's where it stays.

No. The default issue setting ('no throttle') provides the highest possible frequency: four issues per day, save for newly founded nations.
If you like answering issues, you can always create new puppets to run alongside your main. You can create as many nations as you please. I recommend installing NS++ for managing puppets.

Consider yourself lucky: It used to be an upper limit of two per day... and they didn't resolve until the next update (although, admittedly, that did let you change your mind about the answer during the wait...).
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

I'm glad I wasn't around then...:o Two issues a day? No thank you. I do think one every six hours is the ideal rate. It's not fast enough to overwhelm you, hence only need to spend a couple minutes a day answering issues. There are enough time-suck games out there, we don't need another one.
