JANUARY 1932

The BCAA has officially been launched.

The collegiate association in charge of Barnettsville sports announced the creation of the group at a press conference today.

"The school of the nation have been informally competing for years, and unofficially naming themselves "national champions" in different sports. Starting with the 1938-1939 school year, there will be officially crowned champions. The twelve sports that champions will be named in are:

- football
- men's and women's soccer
- field hockey
- men's and women's hockey
- men's and women's basketball
- men's and women's lacrosse
- baseball, and
- softball.

We expect great competition in all sports, and showcasing our student-athletes."

Schools all over the nation have been in discussions over the last few years, and the conference affiliations were also revealed.
