Month 9 - Year 6

Postby Sendhang » Sat Jul 03, 2021 9:59 am

MONTH 9 - YEAR 6

Week 3 - Month 9 - Year 6

Matchday 19

Perseguput Gunung Putri 2–2 Pesisir United

Oebobo United 1–3 Perserejo Kratonredjo

KS Tapaklaboh 1–0 FS Waingapu

KS Nagan 2–6 KS Danokota

KS Muara 0–4 KS Gunung Kayasu

KS Makmue 0–3 KS Larantuka

The Liga Super Sendhang returned on Month 9 after over a month break to make way for the fasting month and the Month 9 international break. There was no big match in Matchday 19 so attention went to the two main title challengers, KS Tapaklaboh who received the visit of FS Waingapu, and KS Larantuka who made the trip to KS Makmue.

KS Tapaklaboh was made to fight but came on top nevertheless thanks to Teuku Salahuddin’s solitary goal. KS Larantuka though was hot on their trail with a convincing 3-0 win away at KS Makmue keeping them only 3 points behind the league leader, KS Tapaklaboh with only 3 more matches to be played.

Week 4 - Month 9 - Year 6

Matchday 20

Pesisir United 0–0 KS Makmue

KS Larantuka 5–0 KS Muara

KS Gunung Kayasu 6–2 KS Nagan

KS Danokota 0–4 KS Tapaklaboh

FS Waingapu 2–2 Oebobo United

Perserejo Kratonredjo 1–0 Perseguput Gunung Putri

The biggest match on Matchday 20 was the match between the champion of Alamsunda, KS Danokota, and the champion of Putrasia, KS Tapaklaboh in Danokota Stadium. The game was very important for both sides as they chase the league title and regional football spot respectively.

Teuku Salahuddin only needed a minute to open the scoring for KS Tapaklaboh through a curling shot from just outside the box. Teuku Hassan Al-Qari put the league leader comfortably in front five minutes later with a beautiful strike from 20 meters after collecting a loose ball. Danokota Stadium went silent after that.

Teuku Iskandar's side continued to add to KS Danokota's misery after left-winger Teuku Syafii added a goal with a left-footed shot from inside the penalty box in the 80th minute before Teuku Muhammad Bari completed a beautiful night for KS Tapaklaboh with a goal in injury time.

Elsewhere, KS Larantuka kept up the challenge for the title with a convincing win of their own, a 5-0 trashing over KS Muara at home.

A winless month for Perseguput Gunung Putri saw them dropped from 3rd at the start of the month to 5th at the end of the month, just outside the regional football spot.

MONTH 10 - YEAR 6

Week 1 - Month 10 - Year 6

Matchday 21

Perserejo Kratonredjo 1–0 Pesisir United

Perseguput Gunung Putri 1–0 FS Waingapu

Oebobo United 3–2 KS Danokota

KS Tapaklaboh 0–1 KS Gunung Kayasu

KS Nagan 0–7 KS Larantuka

KS Muara 0–3 KS Makmue

With 2 more matches to go and only 3 points separating the top 2, the attention on Matchday 21 went to the two title hopefuls, KS Tapaklaboh and KS Larantuka. The league leader, KS Tapaklaboh entertained the visit of KS Gunung Kayasu who was still fighting to qualify for one of the regional football spots. KS Tapaklaboh knew that with KS Larantuka hot on their trails, they can’t afford to slip up against KS Gunung Kayasu.

Both KS Tapaklaboh and KS Gunung Kayasu came into the match with a positive attitude looking to find a win and replied to each other attacks in the first half but the fast-paced first half failed to produce a goal. KS Gunung Kayasu’s best chance came in injury time before the break when national team left-winger Keylar Samoi's shot, following a glorious pass from another national team player Wedhus Geni, just ended at the left post of KS Tapaklaboh' goal.

The same rhythm was exhibited by both teams in the second half. KS Tapaklaboh first threatened the KS Gunung Kayasu’s goal but a quick free-kick from Teuku Hassan Al-Qari just ended at the side of the net in the 64th minute. Five minutes later, an attack from KS Gunung Kayasu was failed to be dealt with by the KS Tapaklaboh’s defense and Keylar Samoi took advantage of the chaotic situation to make a shot past the KS Tapaklaboh’s goalkeeper Teuku Faris from inside the penalty area. 1-0 to the away side.

Shocked by the goal, KS Tapaklaboh responded with a series of attacks towards KS Gunung Kayasu’s goal but failed to find a way past the northerners’ defense until the end of the match. 1-0 to Gunung Kayasu. KS Tapaklaboh was defeated for the first time in 11 matches. What a bad timing to be dropping points.

Not far from Tapaklaboh in Nagan, a 7-0 thrashing of KS Nagan by KS Larantuka saw KS Larantuka moved to the top of the table with just a match left to be played. KS Larantuka’s goal party started when Ramon Kalbasi scored the first goal in the 8th minute followed by two goals by Cezar Nowela in the 17th and 25th minutes. Josua Beripeda then added to the grief of the KS Nagan when he added two more goals in the 52nd and 59th minutes. Niko Kefalo then scored KS Larantuka’s sixth goal of the match in the 71st minute before Ramon Kalbasi closed the scoring in the 88th minute.

KS Larantuka overtook KS Tapaklaboh at the top of the table with just 1 more match left to be played. With both teams level on points only separated by goal difference, the title race went down to the wire.

At the other end of the table, KS Tapaklaboh’s neighbor and arch-rival, KS Muara failed to beat the drop and were confirmed to be relegated with a match left to be played. The other relegation spot was between two Putrasians sides, KS Makmue and KS Nagan.

MONTH 10 - YEAR 6

Week 4 - Month 10 - Year 6

Matchday 22

Pesisir United 1–0 KS Muara

KS Makmue 1–1 KS Nagan

KS Larantuka 1–2 KS Tapaklaboh

KS Gunung Kayasu 3–1 Oebobo United

KS Danokota 0–0 Perseguput Gunung Putri

FS Waingapu 0–1 Perserejo Kratonredjo

The domestic league action returned for the final matchday of the season after a disappointing international break for the Sendhang national team which saw them failed to register a single goal in 4 matches losing 3 matches and drawing 1 in the progress.

The match of the week was non-other than the match between the two title hopefuls, the champion of Nainha, KS Larantuka against the champion of Putrasia, KS Tapaklaboh at the Larantuka Stadium. With both teams level on points, the winner of the match will be crowned as the first champion of Sendhang.

After a goalless first half, it was KS Tapaklaboh who drew first blood. Teuku Salahuddin finding a way past the national team goalkeeper, Albertus Wageo to make it 1-0 in the 51st minute. His long shot was deflected by a defender tricking the goalkeeper into the wrong way.

Ramon Kalbasi then pulled KS Larantuka level on the 72nd minute converting in a cross from the left by Cezar Nowela. 1-1 at the Larantuka Stadium. A draw would mean KS Larantuka will remain at the top of the table on the virtue of goal difference and will be crowned as champion. They only needed to hold on to the results for another 18 minutes.

KS Tapaklaboh then went berserk throwing bodies in front and pumping the ball forward. All game plans were thrown into the dustbin. Their players went for route one. KS Larantuka on the other hand were determined to keep their lead by putting every man on the field behind the ball.

At first, it wasn’t working for KS Tapaklaboh as they don’t have a target man up front. Their lone man at the top, Teuku Salahuddin is a miniature compared to the KS Larantuka’s center back. They then get their center back, Teuku Muhammad Bari stationed in the KS Larantuka’s half to win the first ball.

KS Tapaklaboh finally found the much-needed goal and restored their lead in the dying minute of the additional time. KS Larantuka’s goalkeeper, Albertus Wageo had the first shot by Teuku Salahuddin covered but was helpless for the second shot by Teuku Syafii. 2-1 the final score in Larantuka.

After 22 round of matches, KS Tapaklaboh is the king of Sendhangite club football. The Larantuka Stadium was quiet and in disbelief after their side lost the the top spot at the final matchday of the season but the celebration had just started in Tapaklaboh, the state capital of Putrasia.

The last regional football spot went to Perseguput Gunung Putri who had a showdown winner takes all matches against KS Danokota in the final matchday. There was no winner from the match as KS Danokota failed to capitalize on their home advantage. The match ended in a goalless draw and Perseguput Gunung Putri managed to hold on to their 4th spot.

KS Muara and KS Nagan took the exit door for the state leagues with KS Makmue saved from relegation after avoiding defeat to KS Nagan in the final matchday.

MONTH 11 - YEAR 6

DAY 6 - MONTH 11 - YEAR 6

PS Oelmasi Lifted Nainha's Trophy

Oebobo: The regional league of Nainha has come to an end after a long 34 match days. Nainha regional league consists of 3 tier league with Liga Mese at the top. The winner of Liga Mese will play in a playoff for promotion to next season of Liga Super Sendhang alongside the other 3 state league champions. And in the 20th edition of the competition, PS Oelmasi is the one who got the playoff ticket. The road to the league title was not very easy for Oelmasi. They were struggling in the mid-table before being able to climb to second in the mid-season table. It was Atambua FS who got a hold on the first spot in the mid-season table with only 1 point difference with Oelmasi who was in the second place. Finally, on the 19th match day, Oelmasi successfully toppled Atambua from the top spot. They continue to retain their place at the top of the table until the end of the season with 2 points gap with the second place PS Badjo while Atambua FS has to be satisfied with third place.

In the lower table, Soe United was very struggling this season. The club opened the season in the worst way possible. They were facing relegation right from the start after collecting only 2 points from 2 draws, against Lewoleba FS and PS Oelmasi. Their first 3 points only came on the 12th matchday when they surprisingly defeated PS Badjo 1-0 on their home soil. The result however can't lift them from the last place. Their luck change after that first win. They continue their winning strike and successfully moved away from the last spot. But the luck doesn't last long as they keep struggling at the bottom and fall back to the last place on the 19th matchday. They were able to move up one place on the 22nd matchday leaving KS Kalabahi at the last spot. Both clubs continue to be placed at the bottom 2 until the 33rd matchday where Soe United rises one spot again to 15th place. They were ahead of goal against Lewoleba FS who suddenly fall into 16th place while KS Kalabahi was still at the bottom. The position remained even though Tambolaka FS who was in 14th place lost their last match. They are 1 point ahead of Soe United which doomed Soe United to relegation together with Lewoleba FS and KS Kalabahi. They will be playing in Liga Nua in the next season.

The champion of each of the 4 state leagues then gathered in the Persekutuan Stadium for a week to play a single round-robin league for the league title and the promotion spot to the Liga Super Sendhang, the top league in Sendhang.

KS Singkril started the playoff badly after they lost 4-0 in their opening match against the champion of Liga Perdana Sundan, KS Cingahna. But they bounced back in the second match to beat the champion of Liga Mese Nainha, PS Oelmasi in a hard-fought 3-2 victory before clinching the title in the last match as they beat Persebojo Bojolingo convincingly in a 4-1 scoreline.

Accompanying them to the Liga Super Sendhang next season is the champion of Liga Mese Nainha, PS Oelmasi. PS Oelmasi who were bottom after the second match with only a point to show clinched the promotion spot on the final match after a big 5-2 victory over KS Cingahna. PS Oelmasi finished the playoff level on point with Persebojo Bojolinggo but ahead on goal difference, thanks to their big victory in the last match.

Gusti to leave Pesisir United?

Pesisir: The national team first-choice striker, Gusti Sing Nggawe has been the subject of a transfer rumor as he is yet to sign a new contract with Pesisir United that will end at the end of this year with a host of interest from the top Liga Super Sendhang sides including the new king of Sendhangite club football, KS Tapaklaboh.

However, the manager of Pesisir United, Sudirman Gunawan gave a hint that he wants to continue using the services of the 28 years old striker after his impressive performance helped Pesisir United remain in Liga Super Sendhang.

"Gusti is Pesisir's top scorer and always scores in almost every game. As the manager, I need to have a player like this in my squad.

"But the decision is in the hands of the club president and also Gusti. They will decide what needs to be done in this situation.

“It’s just that we need Gusti as he is a very good asset to the team,” he said.

For the record, Gusti has been playing for Pesisir United for all his career and helped them clinch three Liga Lemah Banyu titles in the process. Pesisir United finished 8th in the recently concluded inaugural season of Liga Super Sendhang.

Gusti to Kratonredjo?

Not to KS Tapaklaboh but Perserejo Kratonredjo is the latest news about Pesisir United’s star striker and top goalscorer, Gusti Sing Nggawe who is now reported to have rejected a contract extension with Pesisir United.

Although it was widely believed that Gusti would join the defending league champion, KS Tapaklaboh for the new season, it was soon denied by its manager, Teuku Iskandar citing that striker is not a position they are looking to strengthen with Teuku Salahuddin banging in the goals for them.

But at the moment, the debate on social media became more intense when Gusti is rumored to be joining the most successful club in Lemah Banyu, Perserejo Kratonredjo.

As reported, Pesisir United manager, Sudirman Gunawan confirmed that the team's top goalscorer has rejected a contract offered but he remained hopeful that Gusti will stay. He said further discussions will be held with the number one striker in the country.

Sudirman Gunawan said so far only Perserejo Kratonredjo had expressed interest in Gusti, although it was made unofficially.

So now the question remains, who will Gusti play for next season.

MONTH 2 - YEAR 7

DAY 5 - MONTH 2 - YEAR 7

Liga Super Sendhang is back for its second season

KRATONREDJO: The second season of Liga Super Sendhang, the top-tier professional football league in Sendhang is back for its second season and will kick off this weekend. 10 clubs from last season will return while 2 newly promoted clubs from the Sendhang States League will get their taste of top-flight football for the first time.

What did we learn from last season?

KS Tapaklaboh and KS Larantuka are the dominant clubs in Sendhang. This has finally been confirmed last season as the two battle it out for the league title. The two clubs have some of the best players in the league at their disposal. The two clubs combined supply 10 national team players for Sendhang, 5 from each club. The league title was only decided on the final match of the league where KS Tapaklaboh triumphed over KS Larantuka with just 3 points separating the two. Four clubs, Perserejo Kratonredjo, Perseguput Gunung Putri, KS Gunung Kayasu, and KS Danokota made up the chasing pack and fought hard for the last two continental football spots.

What can we expect this season?

It's going to be another exciting season. KS Tapaklaboh and KS Larantuka are expected to fight until the end for the title again this season. Both sides retained most of their players with continuity and consistency being said as the main consideration for the decision.

"We have something good going on here. We don't want to disrupt it," said Lorenzo Adebola, the head coach of KS Larantuka when asked if he is going to make changes to the squad.

The biggest push from the chasing pack is expected to come from my hometown club, the beloved Perserejo Kratonredjo who finished third-placed last season, 7 points behind the champion. Perserejo Kratonredjo has shown their seriousness for a title push this season by making the biggest signing of the season as they brought in the national team striker, Gustri Sing Nggawe from Pesisir United on a free transfer. Gusti Sing Nggawe has shown that he is one of the best strikers in the country and if he can click right away with his teammate, Perserejo Kratonredjo might be able to push KS Tapaklaboh and KS Larantuka for the title.

Notable Transfer?

Gusti Sing Nggawe, (29/ST)
Pesisir United --> Perserejo Kratonredjo

Jorok Mendriq, (22/DM)
Perseguput Gunung Putri —> KS Danokota

Two national team players changed clubs during the off-season.

Perserejo Kratonredjo made the signing of the season with Gusti Sing Nggawe brought in to lead the attack for the side from the capital of Lemah Banyu on a free transfer after the star striker decided not to renew his contract with Pesisir United. The move was motivated by Gusti's ambition to play in continental football.

KS Danokota has made the signing of Jorok Mendriq their main priority as the young defensive midfielder came to the end of his contract with Perseguput Gunung Putri. Jorok stated that the better training facilities at Danokota convinced him to make the move as he try to progress in his career.
