Reverse anarchy is basically just, not anarchy

Believing the government was a failure and must be abolished is pretty anarchy-ish to me"

OOC: there wouldn't I won't say the organization's name but this is the first attack outside of the orders of {REDACTED} or {REDACTED} they have done. and also their first assination they wouldn't do any other so quick.
