ICly all games take place on a weekend at Forsho, across the last three days of the week. Friday and Staurday will see Pool Stage action, while Sunday will have bits of both round-robin and knockout stages, before eventually the World Cup Sevens' champions are crowned in the Grearish Union. Written here are a few guidelines to help you know the exact IC timing of your match in these three days.
The first two digits represent the game number on that specific day, after which the Pool is specified, followed by the kick-off time, followed by the OOC matchday number and the number in which the match is listed in the group fixtures (1st, 2nd or 3rd).
To illustrate, '05 Pool D 09:43 M1-2' refers to match number 5 on Day 1, which is a Pool D game kicking off at 09:43 am. The teams facing off are listed 2nd in OOC Matchday 1 - which is 3 v 6 - which is Queenisa v Copper Cuprum.
From the knowckout stages onwards, C stands for Cup, B stands for Bowl, and P for Plate. QF-P3 is therefore the third Plate quarterfinal, while SF-B2 is the 2nd Bowl semifinal, and GF-C is the Cup grandfinal/final.
Roleplaying Guidelines
- It is considered good (and basic) etiquette to at least put up a roster for the competition for the convenience of other roleplayers wishing to roleplay games played against you.
- You are ecouraged to clarify whether you are comfortable with other RPers choosing scorers or events such as injuries and other storylines.
- Destroying/damaging property in the host country will not be tolerated.
- Note on COVID-19: For the purposes of this tournament, the virus is not considered to be present in the host country and no attempts to RP its introduction to the nation will be permitted.
