Personality:Likes: Sencha, reading, flying, clouds at a distance, sunshine, snow, winter, a starry night, kyūdō, Gilbert & Sullivan
- Always with a pleasant façade outwards
- Workaholic
- Zero patience for stupidity, sycophancy and petty squabbles.
- Domineering
- Forceful at first, but kind on the inside
Dislikes: Sycophants, scheming arseholes, rainy weather, Month of November

Bio: Eiraku-no-miya Satoko Naishinnō was born in the purple in early July 1987 as the second daughter to Prince Kōbuin Nobusuke and Princess Asako of Taka (the firstborn, fraternal twin Reiko would go on to become the Current Emperor). Satoko was assigned the appellation of Waka at birth and granted the title of Eiraku on her sixteenth birthday, after the Ming Dynasty Emperor. Educated at Gakushūin, the traditional institution for the Imperial Family and the peerage, Satoko led a relatively normal life for an Imperial Princess of high rank until her getting out of higher education. Instead of finding a spouse and settle down with life she enrolled in the Etajima Naval Academy as a cadet. At age 25 she graduated as a Midshipman of the Imperial Navy, in the middle of her class just as she intended. Four years of on and off service with the Witches of the Empire followed, including a stint in Cambridge where she acquired an unmistakable high-class accent to her already flawless English, and it is her command of the English language that made her the go-to person when the Imperial Ministry for Foreign Affairs wants to placate some foreign power.
What will you be bringing with you: A dress sword for the uniform to wear to the ball (OOC: Which I wish to pre-clear. :3)
What gift will you be presenting to the King: Gifts could be arranged if needs be.
Miscellaneous Information: OOC: Do note that Fusō exists in a verse where magic is prevalent, Satoko herself sports an ability to turn hearing into a rudimentary passive sonar of sorts that works a great ranges. I doubt this would be particularly needed in this rp.

Maybe his family could patent the Indian pottery and use the space-age tech as decorations. It's a lot more underwhelming than a star yacht but the other choice was a half-eaten Hershey's bar...Nova has failed before they begun, haven't they?
I do wonder how many people they can unnerve or annoy considering that "Obfuscating Stupidity" might as well be their defining trait. Then again, everyone in the roster is pretty sharp.

- Elegant Act: Sartana is exceedingly comfortable with playing the act of a proper lady and in fact enjoys doing so. She see's it as a signal of her depth and maturity, given the presence of her other more 'masculine' interests.
- Complex Utilitarianist: A strong believer that the rightness and wrongness of an action is dependent on it's results. However, she has the nuance to recognize that the means might not always be justified by the end, if the means is liable to corrupt future ends.
- Sympathy without Empathy: Sartana is very good at understanding suffering, but keeps this capacity at a arms length from feeling someone else's suffering, lest it cloud her better judgment.
- Chameleon: Sartana reads a rooms well and is able to match her tone and mannerisms to those around her with ease, though depending on her aims, she may not.
- Precisely Pugnacious: Sartana is always in search of conflict, be it with ideas or fists and knows how to provoke it. As she's matured, she's learned when to tone it down when it could cost her and is opportunistic in when to engage.
- Generally Benevolent: Despite always being eager for conflict, her default inclination is kindness and is generally uninterested in rudeness for the sake of rudeness.
- Laconic humor: Despite being verbose, capable of holding conversations in a variety of languages and speaking charismatically, her preference in humor is short and sweet.

- Hunting on Horseback: Gun or Bow, Sartana loves going hunting, particularly on horseback. While she's against hunting endangered animals, she enjoys and see's nothing wrong with hunting for sport. Also insists on calling spearfishing a type of hunting.
- Playing Music: Loves playing music with her flute, violin and guitar. While she can be described as having basic competence with them, she is excellent at playing traditional music.
- Brawling: Sartana is an excellent and mostly sportswomanlike formal martial artist, competent in a variety of disciplines, but there's nothing she enjoys quite like the pained shriek of a rival she's caught off guard with a surprise tackle into something, along with the advantage it gives her afterward.
- Exercise: Sartana prides herself in building muscle while maintain a ladylike frame, leading her to maintain an exercise regime that's a healthy mix of legwork, armwork and cardio.

- Stupid People: Sartana does not suffer fools. Unless there is a compelling benefit for continuing to interact with them, she'll simply ignore them and move on.
- Obstructive Traditionalism: While Sartana loves tradition when it's harmless and does not embrace the "new" simply out of basic fascination, she has no time for tradition, traditionalism and traditionalists if she feels that it's standing in the way of progress.
- Dueling with weapons: Despite always being eager for a fight, and being very competent with a foil, Sartana dislikes fencing and swordplay in general. Elgence and precision is admirable and she is appreciative of the talents of elite fencers. However, to her, combat should be about hurting your opponent more than they can endure, not scoring points. For obvious reasons, one can not do that while armed. She nonetheless maintains the philosophy and when fencing is prone to utilizing flicks intended to hurt opponents without taking penalties for doing so.
- Gossip: Sartana despises gossip and gossiping. If she wants to hurt a person, she wants to do it physically. If that's not an option, she's completely uninterested in verbal hostility and looks down on those who are interested.
- Cowards: Sartana being someone who puts a lot of value in engaging and withstanding conflict, Sartana is very dismissive and disgusted by cowards and cowardice.
- Singing: Mechanically, she's a good singer, but her heart simply isn't in it most of the time, though she's been told that it's beautiful when it is.
- Tomboys: Despite Sartana having a variety of interests and inclinations aligned with tomboys, she see's tomboys as lazy and shallow, so eager to differentiate themselves from 'other girls' that they end up being a dime a dozen. Enjoys catching Tomboys off guard with the hardiness cloaked by her femininity.
Fears:
- Failure: Sartana utterly afriad of failure. For some people that leads them to never try, for her it leads her to given immense effort to whatever she does, with the side effect of it sometimes making her obsessive.
- Being laughed at: Sartana wants nothing more to be respected and if not, feared. Being laughed at for reasons she recognizes herself as embarrassing is therefore a fear of hers, and is liable to make her angry.
- Being maimed: Somewhat surprisingly for someone who enjoys fighting as much as she does, while having a high pain tolerance, Sartana has a significant fear of being maimed. This is part of why she dislikes dueling with weapons, even with safeguards.
Bio:
Her families' dream had been for decades, to build up the international notability of the Ninakatari, among other national tribes, to the degree they could be seen as level with proper European nobility, even as they existed under a republican form of government. Part of doing this involved building up tribal finances to the point that it could afford the pomp and pageantry of European nobility. But existing under a libertarian market socialist state, that wasn't a particularly straight forward task. Their finances could not be based on ownership of capital, which had to be cooperatively owned, but through the acquisition of professional skills and education that would secure members of the Ninakatari high paying elite jobs, allowing money to put into a tribal consumer cooperative that could make large purchases. Taking advantage of Scornerse's relatively low by international standards, nevermind socialist countries, income tax rate, the current generation lives out much of what was dreamt by tribal leadership. Additionally, intent on securing a high degree of martial prowess in addition to pomp and lifestyle, the Ninakatari spent decades ensuring that it's brightest martial minds made their way to Scornerse's officer schools, with the most physically talented being sorted into a variety of martial arts.
The role Sartana served, however, is more ambitious. Their tribe had pomp and martial prowess exceeding many noble families, but the crown jewel of all, would be securing a marriage with a European noble. Sartana's parents died when she was too young to remember them and she was raised by a uncle that did absolutely everything he could to ensure that she'd be the very model of all the Ninakatari had built toward. In doing this, he ensured that she got an urban education, even though he also ensured that she developed a rural hardiness. So far, the success has been beyond what was anticipated. Embracing the role, Sartana went even further.
The Ninakatari are controversial in the nation's cites, and some see them as petty start ups operating against the values of the nation, nonetheless, Sartana's uncle made sure she was educated in the capital, as the last thing he wanted to do is let her coddled. As such Sartana was frequently a target of bullying by other children. In response, Sartana developed a penchant for violence in response to her tormentors, but was clever enough to usually avoid getting caught. Eventually, her uncle found out and partially chided her for it, but allowed her to her to receive martial arts training, which she excelled at. In the most recent Musogtakanakuy tournament, a yearly national marital arts competition most easily described as a mix of judo and Muay thai, Sartana won and convincingly so.
By no means, however, is Sartana a dull brute. She also acquired a prestigious education in one of Scornerse's best universities, pursuing majors in both Physics and Politics, even with the mandatory 2 years of military service that came with her education in Scornerse. Originally, the plan was for her to pursue even more educational accomplishments, until a little letter had come in. Coincidentally, the current governing coalition of Scornerse has a minister of foreign affairs extremely sympathetic to the Ninakatari cause. As such, they were quick to relay it to the Sartana's uncle. Not pushing it on her, Sartana was first contacted over the opportunity. She thought about it for a better part of a month or, more accurately, spent her time devouring all the information she could about King Ivan. At first, she was hesitant, but grew more enamored the more she learned about him, that eventually developed into as good of an attraction as one could get remotely.
She agreed, determined to win over Ivan, whatever and whoever she had to overcome.
What will you be bringing with you: various athletic gear, military uniform, personal electronic devices.
What gift will you be presenting to the King: Handcrafted Toro de Pucará from elite Ninakatari Tribe sculptor, made specifically for King Ivan.
Miscellaneous Information: Sartana is tall and usually forgoes heels. Tends to wear conservative dresses that don't make her frame immediately obvious, but close observation and a look at her arms provide hints.

I personally don't see many blood knights, at least not by the TV-Tropes Definition. As for the question, though, I would go with the lass you already have. I doubt, that TFF will allow any harm to come to his guests. ; )

Then again, there's also Styx, seemingly cold med student with an obsession with poisons of questionable health, Switch, half Russian hard-partying nanite lady, and the vampire twins.

jokes aside adelheid's very explicitly not here to compete with sartana and probably would find her interesting enough to try and befriend or at least maintain cordial relations with. can't guarentee the same with irene, though, I'm probably going to roll for her impression of everyone.

Sartana is likely to open to being befriended by Adelheid precisely because she isn't competition. Which might be enough to avoid conflict with Irene, seeing as she isn't competition either. Depends on how close Irene and Adelheid are and also how Irene treats Sartana. If Irene were competition, that'd pretty much guarantee Sartana seeing her as a major rival.
I might roll for actions but I have can have a pretty good idea of who Sartana will end up liking and disliking based on personality, though of course she'll have to see those personalities IC to go in any particular direction with anyone.
