Opposed.

1. The proposal asserts that Marrabuk "restructur[ed] the ministry [of Foreign Affairs in TEP] to better delineate roles and duties of its members." Even Libertanny, his successor as Delegate, has disputed this: search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&t=500069&author=Libertanny&sf=msgonly&ch=-1

2. It claims that Marrabuk "enact[ed] proactive measures to protect legitimate delegates of TEP by... lowering TEP’s endorsement cap from four hundred to three hundred." This is inaccurate: The reduced endocap was imposed by Marrabuk in February 2020, months after Fedele's attempted coup, and rescinded in May 2020 before Libertanny took charge.

3. The longest subclause of the CELEBRATING clause concerns Thaecia. The author of this proposal, Andusre, is a Thaecian - and the effects of Marrabuk's foreign policy are described for no region other than Thaecia.

Interesting that you're opposed to this but supported proposals in previous occasions that aren't well-written.

Vote AGAINST commending Marrabuk

No nation with a 96.1% income tax rate should ever be commended.
Vote AGAINST commending Marrabuk.

I won't address 1 & 2 because they are written into the resolution & cannot be changed any longer. For this, however, I ask that you please read the rest of the thread (if you haven't already of course).

We covered this earlier and it was established that Maowi wrote the bulk of the Thaecia section, with me only contributing minor wording changes & the people we approached for feedback advising us on how to make sure we could avoid this perception of the author writing about their home region.

In addition, the Thaecia subclause is roughly equal in length to the XKI subclause & mentions similar things (e.g. the ratification of a treaty followed by shared cultural events like festivals). I respectfully don't believe this is too much to worry about, or enough to justify a vote Against.

Coalition for Collective Cooperation

recommends to vote: FOR

For those with a negative outlook towards Marrabuk, their nation is not as bad compared to the others.
There are worse nations out there.
