So I got an issue where I was importing coffee from Macronesia, so when I looked at that I immediately thought: not just Macronesia. It's Socialist Macronesia sending the coffee! Why did I come to this conclusion? Because according to the issue the name of the coffee's brand was a naughty word.

I mean, it's basically "troop transport experiences engine failure on landing approach to island, crashes on beach, Marco gets pretty fucked up by shrapnel and crash impact but tries to save as many guys as possible thanks to the sheer fucking adrenaline rush, has a soldier he had a severe crush on die in his arms before blacking out due to pain and blood loss, wakes up in hospital, has PTSD and should be dead but isn't"

problem there is that wiki says the C-5 is exclusively operated by the US except in cases of joint ops and the like, so there's no reason bretten would have one barring something prompting the US to export the aircraft.
