How powerful they would be depends on whether they're a half-dragon, so a direct child of a dragon and a mortal, or further down the line.

Anyway I've started the app. To sum it up, Marcel Pyke (or Emrys Dracorsen, which is his real name) is a half dragon with Ancient Magic, preferring elemental spells as well as animating metal shells. Oh and he wanders around as a trader and occasional mercenary on a gryphon. If those exist.

Skills/Powers//Magic:
Emrys is an accomplished mage; being a half dragon, he is capable of wielding Ancient Magic with some proficiency. Emrys has a rather wide range of spells. His ancient magic primarily wields control over the elements; fire, earth, air, and water. He demonstrates a dangerous fine tuned control over the four basic elements, sometimes mixing them together, though these combinations are more difficult in their application than their raw forms. As such, fire and earth magic are combined to turn rock into lava; air and water come together as ice. Emrys has also mastered the art of magical animation; bringing inanimate objects into a life of their own. Emrys is capable of animating suits of armor, mannequins, and even statues, which would then follow verbal commands as long as they are powered. Granted, the size of the thing he is animating has to be taken into consideration; too big, and it would be impossible to power it. To this end, Emrys has in his employment a pair of koala sized shells of metal armor, armed with razor sharp claws, which serve as diminutive bodyguards. These magishells, as they are called, respond to spoken incantations of their master. They are agile and deadly, though being unique in their creation, are difficult to replace.

Emrys is able to heal most illnesses and minor to major wounds, but injuries inflicted by Magic more potent than his own, as well as lost limbs, are above his station.

Being a half dragon, Emrys is able to slightly alter his appearance, being capable of appearing younger or older at will. He also inherited a measure of greater physical strength and durability than a normal human, though this is simply raw power; he is not a trained swordsman or anything, just a powerful mage.
Equipment: A Wyvern that is his mount and friend, and as mentioned previously, he has in his employ two small shells of metal that function as bodyguards when roused to life with magic. Other than that, he merely has a sizable amount of gold, his trader wares, and the pair of daggers he has as a final resort.

Personality: Cautious, calculating, and secretive, Marcel trusts few with his life and none with the secret of his parentage. Being told that humans fear dragons and their descendants to the point of wishing their extinction, Marcel has come to regard most of mankind as ignorant in their ways, fearing the dragons and their magic for no other reason than for the sale of fear. Of course, there are those like his mother that do not fear dragons, but they are the exception, not the norm.

Besides this secretive nature, Marcel is not all too bad to be with; some could say that he is a fun drunk and a protective ally. Though usually saying that he does things for the cash, it will be embarrassingly clear that he cares quite a bit for those around him, even if he refuses to admit that he does. And yet again, in the back of his mind, he knows that if someone were to discover that he is a Dragonborn, he'd be burned at the stake. Forgive their ignorance, he will always say.
Moral Alignment: Neutral Good
Biography: Emrys Dracorsen, or as he is known by most that know him, Marcel Pyke, comes from a quiet rural settlement in southern Wyxia. He was the second child of Marcia and Tolvar, the latter of whom was a shapeshifted dragon originally named Karasdormu by his own kin, hiding in plain sight of the humans.

Marcia and Tolvar were… well, very much in love, even if one was a human woman and the other a powerful dragon that could destroy the whole village if he wished. Tolvar had long revealed his true nature to Marcia, who had also long sworn to keep this secret safe.

Marcel Pyke, as he was called by all except for his parents, lived a rather well off life as the child of merchants. Though they were in a quiet village, there were always travellers that needed new shoes and whatnot, and the Pykes sold all of those kinds of things. They'd regularly travel to the city to sell their wares.

Of course, as the son of a dragon, it wouldn't be long before he was taught magic, especially ancient magic. In the nearby thick forests, his father taught him the magic that the dragons and elves wielded with such great skill since the beginning of the world. Starting from when he was 10 years old, Marcel was taught how to control his thoughts, and in extension, control the Ancient Magic that flowed within the dragonic blood in his veins. He was also taught how to read and write in both human and draconic languages.

For the next ten years, Marcel, no, Emrys led a rather normal life, though every night was magic practice with his dragon father. The day eventually came when he would have to leave home… and he did, at age 25. He was a merchant, like his mother, and had inherited the blood and power of the dragons from his father. Marcel Pyke is his name to everyone he meets; those who know the secret of his lineage know his true name; Emrys Dracorsen, son of Karasdormu, a dragon.

Right now, Marcel wanders the realms, riding a wyvern that brings him to far off lands. In the last nine years, he had offered his services to those that would pay, healing sick daughters and sons with magic. During the latest war, he had been a magical soldier of fortune, crushing hundreds of enemies with his magic at the behest of the six fold alliance against Achisia. However, what he seeks is a place where his kind are truly safe, where dragons and their human descendants could live in peace. Such a place, however, does not seem to exist. For now.

And yes, he heard. The dead rise in the north.
Goals: Find some hidden place where dragonkindred would be out of reach; maintain his being aloof over the conflicts of the realm (nevermind he was a mercenary three years ago, we do not talk about that); find another Dragonborn like himself.
