The League of Conservative Nations Armed Forces of the Republic participated in the Major Update of March 1, 2021 within Libcord. The LCNAF assisted in the successful defenses of 17 regions from raiding forces belonging to The Black Hawks and Lily. After these successful Libcord defenses, the LCNAF returned to The Embassy to continue with security operations there. Participants in 1 March's Major Update are listed below:

Foreign Affairs:

The League of Conservative Nations officially began having diplomatic relations with The West Pacific on 3 March 2021. The LCN has opened an embassy on their forum and has masked Dilber and Varanius as Diplomats from TWP. We look forward to our relationship with TWP.

As the incoming administration of The Union of Democratic States takes office, we await them to begin a review/investigation into the possibility of re-opening relations after a meeting between several UDS and LCN officials to discuss the viability of that. While we are hopeful of the result due to our changes, regardless, we are pleased to see a re-introduction of dialogue, as the UDS is the last region we lost embassies with this summer due to OOC concerns we have yet to restore relations with.

The LCN wishes the Partnership for Sovereignty the best of luck in their future endeavors but maintains the official state position that the detailed results of the vote should be released to us.

Cultural:

The Office of the Consulate is in the earlier stages for planning of the Demidecade Festival, what is to hopefully be a series of events and activities in mid-April to celebrate five years since the founding of The League of Conservative Nations. More information will come in the future, and we intend to at least specifically invite a variety of regional foreign partners. We will begin outreach on that within the coming weeks, but any regions interested in having a direct partnered role should contact Quebecshire.

How each region voted, my apologies. That's really all we'd like to know. I have my guesses, but some are stronger than others and knowing something is always better than a guess.

And for the intents and purposes of making sure our OOC moderation is up to date with what would generally be expected of a mod team, we'd ideally like to know the results of whatever investigations were conducted (but that's more by each region's conclusions and basis, so I'd figure I'd let stuff from the last couple days on that thread cool down before asking places like TRR about that, if they have a possible answer to give, anyway).

The LCNAF assisted in a total of 235 successful defenses and 1 liberation this week against a variety of raiding forces. This week, the LCNAF gained three new recruits, and appointed a new General of the Armed Forces, Lyoa. The LCNAF also concluded operations in The Embassy after SC #346 was passed. The League of Conservative Nations Armed Forces of the Republic during the past week participated in a total of 12 updates within Libcord. The LCNAF under Libcord participated in 253 defenses, 166 detags, and 1 tag of a fascist region. Additionally, the LCNAF participated in the liberation of The Arab League from fascist raiding forces of Genua. New LCNAF recruits also continued their training this week.

FOREIGN AFFAIRS SERVER AND UPDATE

• The LCN is launching our FOREIGN AFFAIRS DISCORD SERVER. We're hoping the server will make it easier for our diplomatic agents (and if necessary, other officials) to communicate to foreign governments, and we hope it will provide foreign governments with an easy way to contact us as well. All regions that have an on-site or forum embassy with the LCN at the time of this post will be entitled to request a Discord Embassy on our new server. • Continuing our advances and expansions in foreign relations, the LCN and Osiris will be officially opening relations through an embassy on the forum of Osiris and through an ambassador exchange. Terranihil will officially represent the LCN to Osiris.

Regional Relocation Program

From the Office of the Consulate

On 19 March 2021, the Council of the Republic began a vote on Council of the Republic Law 21, authorizing a regional move and relocation to The League. As of this being authored, the legislation had just clinched a majority of the full Council of the Republic and will be enacted in the near future. The Consulate intends to work with the Council to pace this initiative appropriately and ensure as smooth a transition as possible.

We hope this move will set The League on a path to even greater heights and better represent our region.

For residents,

The transition will be done in a paced manner. We will not begin moving nations yet, and you will be notified when you are to move to the new region. We will begin by ensuring the government infrastructure remains strong and that foreign relations are upheld through the transition, and then we will begin moving World Assembly member nations. After this, we will begin efforts to move the remainder of the population. Inquiries can be directed to Quebecshire, Eminople, and Terranihil.

The regional government will stay the same, its election schedule uninterrupted, and the functionality of any legal documents unmodified.

For diplomats and foreigners,

The Office of the Consulate and the Department of Foreign Affairs will be in contact with partner regions as the transition occurs and we will work out how to best transition relations for each region, hopefully without any issue. We hope for a full and smooth transition of diplomatic relations.

We would like to remind partner regions to send the relevant people to join our Foreign Affairs Discord Server. All inquiries can be directed to Quebecshire and Paleocacher.

Completely? No hard set time, but by the end of the month.

Thread title will be changed once the community is functioning out of the new region.
