Most people aren't really going to be able to pull off something crazy like getting through 20+ plates in one night. Usually the people are too full on drinks or carbs before they're able to get to the meat or actual good foods. And the alcoholic drinks usually have the most profit potential.
I always under-eat at buffets. I’m a very profitable customer for them.
In that case, I'm just giving buffet restaurants money for nothing
