Bro it’s low hanging fruit and easy to get into production. I don’t exactly have any Shakespeare’s waiting around to get into action.

1. it mentions the local geography as somewat sheltered. In the north landed there are the beginnings if mounains or hills, which are reasonable shelteres for a hurricane
2. In the very north you have the south as a substantial buffer
3.It might be a weak hurricane
4.it might ignore north america and just yeet to south america or mexico

Ah... that makes me wish that I could’ve survived long enough to play a proper Revolutionary Republic in this RP. Alas.
Quality + Offensive + Defensive says hello.
There was a thing a while back where we crafted EU4-style idea sets for our New Civs nations. That was fun.

Why does everyone think I started the "People's Republic of China"? It's called the "People's Government of China" because the concept of Republic doesn't really exist yet and it's not supposed to be a republic in the way we think about one today.

'tis why I use the term "Yellow River State". She is the most generic moniker for the polity, well, along the Huang He.

But mostly they set up important strings of vassals and pupept republics along central africa and columbia. They managed to undermine icedonia in africa, with them only holding on the cape.
The imperium once at 1500 hundred rolled from novergoured to the balkans. But then all countries in europe went wait.... what. The northern countrys entered a coalition and struck the imperium to a minor power. But the government types and the tensions over the fate of hibernia, in which scandinavia wanted puppets in the west of france , and icedonia opting for a complete and utter annexation of hibernia split the triple allience. It only took a matter of time for the imperium war machine to get rolling, and ally and betray, ally and betray until it was a large size, dodging assults and coalition wars woth these makeshift alliences and betrayls.
The imperium got struck down bye icedonia in a fair fight, and lost all holland and most of france, before caving in to a autocratic dictatorship.
Well prc started of as a kingdom, but then flipped into a merchant republic, so i manually changed its name.

Honestly what the AI chooses for their rivals right as the game starts in 1444 already shapes the game in a big way.
On that note, would anyone here be interested in EU4 multiplayer? Each of us to play a custom nation representing our new civs civilisation.

Between you and me we have two players! We’re probably never going to get enough players to make a custom-nations-only game interesting, but playing our nations on a 1444 map could be fun. Or maybe we should see if we can tap some people over at the NationStates Paradox thread.
Be Norse religion to have access to Tyr’s +5% discipline. +10% discipline and +20% morale in the custom nation ideas, then take quality, offensive, defensive, then take innovative for the weapons quality policy. Hire a Commandant. Because Space Marines that’s why.
I actually did that in a custom nation single player game a while back. And I got Revolutionary Target that game too. 140% discipline and nearly 200% morale (and +20% inf/art combat ability) go brrrr. The AI’s armies melt before mine. It was a cool feeling.
Joohan, G-Tech, we need you guys to round out Europe north of the alps.
