Baseball is the most popular sport in the nation closely followed by Football (or as Americans know it Soccer). American Football is popular enough to be played at the collegiate level through professional level with near a thousand teams nation wide. Thermodolian American football is closer to american collegiate football rules than the pro football league rules.

Basketball is more popular in the inner cities where baseball and football would take up too much room. While Hockey is popular in the northern half of the nation where winter temperatures are perfect for such a game.

Thermodolian baseball and Hockey players have gone on to play in other national leagues like the MLB, NHL, and KHL

Also, I have heard many others complain about not being able to display their national sport on their nation's page, like their capital and leader; therefore being reduced to burying it somewhere in their factbook.
