The rules!
1. No outside influence from nations you own/control is allowed to impact your Olympic puppets
This means you can not gift in to them (you can gift out if you would like)
This means no buying or selling from nations you control
This means no hosting pull events with your main for your puppets (you CAN hold a pull event with ONLY the cards on your olympic puppets bank/cards)
This means you can not "block" bids, with a non-Olympic nation, you are more than welcome to bid on everything that another player has bid on with ONLY your Olympic puppets.
This means no bank transfers in.
This list is not fully inclusive but rather a list of some examples of what is against the rules.
2. No asks for more than 30 bank.
The logic behind this rule is to limit the amount of luck involved in winning and rather be testing players skills at using non standard ways to make more bank, such as flipping cards, finding the best market, and getting more creative than just opening packs and junking cards.
If a card is being sold at 30 and someone up bids it past 30 that is okay but remember you can not use outside nations to up the price. (you can use your own puppets however if they have the bank but you can not set an ask above 30)
If you get a really good legendary card that you do not want to sell because it is way above 30 hold on to it till after the games or gift it out.
3. Good sportsmanship
This is key, in the past we have had some issues with certain players being less than friendly. If a player has a long streak of bad sportsmanship I will issue stronger and stronger punishment ending with being permanently banned from the games.
4. Players can only win 1 category
Well duh because you can only be first you can't be first AND second
5. Clean puppets
Puppets used for sign up must be 100% clean and have NOT answered issues recently and can NOT have stored packs on them. This is important as there is often a down time between games. The ideal is to make 10 new puppets for each games (they get issues faster when they are freshly founded).
6. If the need arises you may be asked to confirm your identity
This is to prevent people from playing with more than one account. The main way of doing this involves using a world assembly nation if that is an issue please reach out to me in TGs so that we can work some other way to verify that you are a unique person. You will be asked to TG me a code from a WA nation and that nation will remain in the WA for the duration of the games subject to spot checks.
Prizes and what are we collecting today!
The winner of the 11th games will be whomever collects the most Uncommon cards!
And of course what are the games without prizes!
If you have the most Uncommon cards at the end of the games you will win not 1 not 2 but 3 legendary cards!
Second place sticking to the number theme will get 2 legendary
and third place will get 1 legendary.
The Wild cards!
Whomever has the most Deck value/card ratio at the end of the games wins the wild card prize of one legendary!
the ratio will be calculated as follows: Total Deck Value/ total amount of cards across all of your puppets.
There are many inflated commons but do you want to spend all your bank on those or shoot for the Uncommon win?
With that the games are on good luck and happy farming. Go write an rare pirate game! wait no collect Uncommons that's what I mean!
(The games end at the start of the last major of the month)
(And starts NOW you may start collecting!)
If you have any questions post them here or ask in the cards discord! (https://discord.gg/54Tftzd)
