Biden leads among seniors 62-35 according to NBC news. If that is true Trump is toast.

Who does Trump lead amongst these days? People who like Donald Trump?

I don't know. But I don't even think he's leading in people with the last name "Trump."

White people, no college grad. 60/34
White people, 51/44

As you said, Republicans. 85/9

Live in a solid/lean Red state. 50/43

Mind you, that was 2 weeks ago

This might be true when we’re talking about marginal tax rates or trade policy. Then there’s Trump...
"...I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

It wasn't that hard. Shrillland worries that the same people who vote for Trump might vote for a more intelligent version of Trump in 4 years, or 8 years.

Trump being an idiot has lost him more votes than his political positions have. And it happened early. A lot of former supporters were clearly horrified that he wasn't just playing dumb for the campaign ... that they're elected an actual moron and he wasn't going to drop the act. That nonsense about the crowd at Inauguration probably hurt a lot of voters.

That his crowd was actually bigger than Obama's, when it wasn't.

Our intro to Trump as President was "I actually won the popular vote", "my inauguration crowd was bigger than Obama's", his "American carnage" speech, him self-aggrandizing in front of the CIA memorial wall, and his National Security Advisor getting fired for talking to Russian diplomats during the transition and then lying about it. Fun times...

Last I checked, low income, low educated white males in my age group.
That was a few weeks ago though, so even that might've changed by now.

Now low educated is a bit unfair. There are business owners, academics, doctors, and collegiate students of varying background and race that are pro trump. Labeling all Trump supporters as Neanderthals is nothing but an incorrect stereotype. Just like labeling all Biden supporters as "lib-tards" and immigrants is an incorrect stereotype.

Actually let's put this a bit longer:

People who think we need "straight pride parades" or a "white history month" are kinda like people who look at handicapped parking spaces and say "why don't I get something like that, huh?" They don't care why it exists, they don't care that they get the whole parking lot, they're just mad that there's four spaces in front of the Wal-Mart that aren't just for them.

They were talking about which demographic is still for Trump more than against him.

And it is low-educated white people, and residents of red states.

The analogy you chose implies that gay people should get special accommodations to make up for them being disabled.

Personally I'm not gay enough -- or disabled enough -- to attempt such an argument!

(This is just an observation, not a "bite back.")

For low education they're nose to nose, as with some college education. Biden leads heavily with post-grads and not too heavily with grad students. Biden is really only blowing Trump away amongst higher-ed students, which as far as the education based poll is what is giving him his lead. Again I said on that particular poll.

Also, just to clarify, I assumed the "uneducated" remark was a typical cheap on attack on individuals IQ. It was not, so in modern lingo; my bad.

So how does "some people get upset when things aren't all about them" compare gay people to disabled people beyond both having an example of things that other people get upset that they don't get? You're still reaching.

Well complaining that I keep refusing to make the argument you want me to make is one way to admit you didn't actually read the argument and were just trying to stoke outrage.
