Dear Representatives of the Allanean Defense Exports,
It is a pleasure to be writing to you again. During our last DPR request, we were excited to get our hands on the Navaja-class SSK for building and founding our submarine training fleet. There was several concerns raised during this process, much of which consisted of why we would be training future nuclear submariners on a diesel submarine, but once the structure of the training division was settled I believe the majority of those concerns were put to rest. I am happy to report that construction and operation of the Navaja-class SSK submarines has been a resounding success. Not only do we have an effective submarine platform to train green submariner candidates, but we have also subsequently created a submarine task force capable of responding to and effectively patrolling our coastal waters. My original plan for the Submarine Training Division was to have the graduates from these vessels be promoted to our actual September or Voleur-class nuclear submarines for further training and official graduation, but I have determined that since the connection between Anagonia and Allanean Defense Exports is strong that we can effectively look to you for a solution.
To that end, after discussion with my staff, I have determined that purchasing the DPR for the Stiletto-class Advanced SSN would help our Submarine Training Division establish the next step of training for our submariners as they progress towards their graduation. I would also like ask if we can get a discount, possibly, on the DPR considering our rich history working together. I understand the model in question has a multitude of uses - part of why I'm interested in it - but if we can establish some sort of common and agreeable price range I may be interested in the future in purchasing the DPR for the Estoc-class SSGN/SSBN.
I am also open to talks about a combined deal with both the Stiletto-class and the Estoc-class, as establishing and finalizing a deal now will save any issues later. I look forward to talking anything out, if applicable. Otherwise, I can offer a sum of 750 Billion for the DPR on the Stiletto-class with an additional 750 Billion for the DPR on the Estoc-class. If I am pressuring too hard on the money, I understand, and would love to hear your counter offer so we may make a fair and agreeable deal as Anagonia is eager to continue working with Allanean Defense Exports.
