I know the second PLC mentioned the fact that my economy is garbage and that is completely true. I have had trouble bringing Wisconsin and Michigan into my territories mainly due to that reason. Now I will add a bit of lore that the Midwest which is mainly where I currently am was not too decimated by the Nuclear War which is why I am here today, but there weren't many big cities or anything that could lead to a stable economy thus explaining why me trying to add new territories to my land is quite difficult.

I wouldn’t exactly say garbage, but coming from a lifelong New Yorker there isn’t really a comparison :/

Hell yeah! At least you’re not a Californian...or are you? Anyways, LA on the surface looks heaven, and NYC like hell. But then you realize that NYC is a fantastic hell and LA is an awful heaven. OOC: Don't worry I'm not a Californian. I couldn't deal with football (real American football) starting at 10 AM on the West Coast, it would be way too early for me. New York City will always be better than New Jersey and LA too.

In character again: My forces have pulled out of Wisconsin and Michigan as it was deemed dangerous, we found hostile people living there. We have no current information on who or what they are, and what their motives might be. I sent people to try and talk to them and the people were sent back with gun wounds in the head. I didn't want to risk annihilation so I retreated. Be aware more of these people may be lurking around the New World.

Actually, I found crazy people when I entered a bit in the Balkans, like they hate every nation around them
So I will just take some Russian land, they seem more pacifist

Interesting...I suggest studying these hostile people. Italy, you have a foothold in the Balkans, why don’t you study them? I’ll lend you money if you need.

I am also investigating the strange activity in the Bay of Biscay. It seems to be magnetic, medium sized, and deep down. We are using submarines to locate it, and try to stop it. For the time being, I recommend avoiding the Bay of Biscay.

We are now in the OOC (seen in the title). OOC means Out Of Character, so we can be ourselves and (I think) comment on the IC.

IC means, surprise surprise, In Character. There you are supposed to write a story about this. Just look at the posts already made and I think you will see the difference.

Thanks for the much-needed help in the civil war! With one Emperor and three Kings on our side, I'm sure we will win!
About ruling tips, I think Emperor Peter is too far gone to be swayed to the good side. I'm envisioning his further reign as dictatorial and full of problems, so that future Emperors have him as a warning against tyranny.

Edit: In your last post, you mentioned I owned a part of Germany. Are you sure? I can't see that. For that matter, I can't see my country very clearly. Could the OP maybe give a link or something, so that I can zoom out.
