Voting Rules:

1. Nations currently signed up for the CE are eligible.
2. Nations with a puppet also signed up along with their main nation may vote once, and only once, with either nation. (i.e., one vote per player).
3. Bidding parties, or their puppets, may not vote.

Voting options:

• Accept the bid from Filindostan.
• Re-open bidding.
• Abstain from voting.

Ranked-choice voting is in effect; please select either option 1 before option 2, or option 2 before option 1, or abstain (abstention should not be included in a list of choices).

With 26 signups, I will be cutting both Gergary and Starcom Racing to keep Ethane and Burgburgh in a 24-nation field.
Should other main nations signup 48 hours from now, further puppets will be cut.

Everything Thread will be setup 12 hours from now with Group draw and IC info to be posted 48 hours from this post.
EDIT: As promised, Everything Thread is up. All mains who are signed up can start posting their rosters + RP. First two mains who signup before 12NN, UTC+8 of Saturday (roughly 36 hours from now) will replace Copper Cuprum and Ceyne Isles respectively. The two puppets will keep their spots should no further signups will be made.

For transparency, I have made an adjustment in the group draw involving Ceyne Isles and Vangaziland, which is to swap the groups where they were initially drawn.

I made an overlook in sorting the current CE ranks which put Ceyne Isles in Rank 30 but with higher KPB than those above:

This impacted the order of the pots for both Ceyne Isles and Vangaziland as with the correct ranks, Ceyne Isles should be in Pot 4 and Vangaziland in Pot 5. Despite The Golden Lotus going down to rank 22 (or we can say same rank since both nations have same points), they remained in the same pot.

The correct ranks are now displayed in both the OP and the Group Draw, as well as the ranking sheet.

For preventive action, we will make sure to update the ranking sheet once as the tournament concludes. I may have hastily sorted the spreadsheet without verifying the sorting. Also, we can make ways for the spreadsheet to take advantage of functions such as SORT so we can minimize errors due to human input.
