This part I don't care for:
"pioneering the usage of the Kontrapuntzeka (counterpunch) strategy, used by 1830 Cathair in their Champions Cup and Super Cup victories, the former premier tournaments in club football;"
This implies, through the usage of the word pioneering, that he was the first person ever to use what is really a pretty basic strategy in the sport. Perhaps it could be improved, or simply omitted as there is plenty of other positive information here.
Secondly, this phrase, should be improved:
"winning two World Cups, the 63rd and 64th editions, with seven runners-up, tying with The Holy Empire in having the most appearances at World Cup Finals;"
In other words, he is 2-7 in the World Cup finals. We all love to pick on him for that. I would ask to consider leaving this as simply saying he is tied with The Holy Empire for most appearances in the World Cup Finals, which actually speaks better of the accomplishment other then making people wonder why we are commending a seven-time loser.

When I read this the first time, I thought that at each of the two World Cups they won, there were seven runners-up! Although it's a very minor change, I think saying "with seven runner-up finishes" might work better. A "runner-up" is a team that finishes in second place, and not the act of finishing in second place.

"with seven runner-up finishes in other World cups" works even better

Would this be the type of SC resolution that requires a telegram campaign? I plan to submit in the next fortnight...

Can someone tell me how “infamously” winning a tournament is a good thing? This gives the impression they won a tournament they shouldn’t have been in.

Hey! I'm the nation that Audioslavia beat in the final of that Baptism of Fire, and I can assure you it was all in good fun. The entry into the tournament was entirely legal, though you could describe it as a 'loophole.' But his presence there--and the great times I had RPing alongside him--are a big reason why I didn't fall off NS Sports after a few months, and instead have stuck around with the community for going on nine years now. Even if I still give him flak for that every once in a while
Audio is without a doubt a pillar of the community and is fully deserving this recognition. (My sig may out me as biased, but still!)

The loophole is this: The Baptism of Fire tournament was created in 2003 as a tournament for new nations. To enter the Baptism of Fire tournament, your team has to tick the following boxes:
- Never played in a Baptism of Fire tournament before
- Doesn't have a world ranking
Audioslavia ticked both boxes, as our first World Cup had been before the BoF had been created and our world ranking had reduced to zero during a long hiatus from 2007 to 2012. The letter of the law? Yep. The spirit of the law? loldepends . It wasn't an unheard of thing to do, and I had no solid advantage in that tournament. Everyone started with a rank of zero. Still: worthy of the title 'infamous'
