Otto abruptly shut himself down, and was quiet for a moment, before starting up again. "Regardless, people back home haven't really heard of you lot back home...But we're both aware of Prussia-Poland, it seems..."
It was already too late, the curiosity of the Archadean Prince was piqued, but kept well hidden. He would of course ask about it later, and more indirectly. What His Majesty did in the past was-well-not Larsa's business per se. His elder brother however, insisted to keep an eye on the reigning monarch.
"Well I hope to change that, for the better." Larsa answered. "Seems like we both are acquainted with those who strap hussar wings to their 7TPs and consecrate their carbines." he japed in good fun. The two nations had become fast friends in the mid-twentieth century, with the turn of the 1800s seeing the Commonwealth as one of Danceria's chiefest acquaintances in Europe.

He blinked, muttering just under his breath 'wow, we're here already?', stretching his arms in the air as vanity took over and he quickly used the camera function on his phone to check his hair, running his fingers through his coiffed and slicked-back strands of hair. His right hand clasped around the handle of his luggage, his left hand slung the weight of his crumpler bag over his left shoulder, and he waited for the other students to make their way slowly off the bus as he followed behind them, smiling and thanking the driver as he leapt off onto the ground, breathing in the cooling open air, eyes glanced upwards into the air ruefully, "Wow...lovely city...." He muttered aloud.

"Hello there, I am Mary Alexandra Hanover, it's a pleasure to meet you", welcomed Mary with a sense of joy as she extended one hand for a shake.

Well Athelhart wasn't expecting that type of reaction from a guy who was told off, and a teasa to boot. Seems like this guy may be a little tougher than he had first thought which is a good thing because it allowed the situation to more naturally defuse and not make a scene. Perhaps this guy had something to him, just had to work on how to talk to ladies without seeming to creepy.
"Thanks. My father is an electrician, serves in the town levy as every able bodied man but he's just a rifleman and is only expected to defend the town and help restore order if the police lose control. Both bein highly unlikely occurrences so just an electrician. You?" He asked, knowing there was no need to begin escalating things again.

Answering the query with a warm smile, he gathered his own bags and swiftly exited the bus, of course allowing anyone in front of him to go. "Don't quite know this bus-route-" he joked before smiling at the bus driver. "Thanks for the lift ma'am." it was a quick, common courtesy back in Danceria. Well, the bus driver may have gotten tips-or cigarettes if one was well acquainted with their commuter like many blue collar Dancerians. If it was socially awkward in Folaisia, then the sheer vastness of the public education's transit system may make these interactions few and far between. Especially considering that the hostel shouldn't be too far from the school, one would think.
Purgatio wrote:Benoît was surprised that someone else had heard him mutter under his breath, pleasantly surprised, as he turned around to a young teenage girl and smiled back, gently grasping her palm in his and shaking it, "Ah, Mary Hanover. Lovely surname, I must say, and so wonderful to meet you. I'm Benoît de Charlet-Vérac, pleased to make your acquaintance." Benoît said, with a genial and courteous bow of his head in Mary's direction. "From the nation of Purgatio. And how about yourself?"
Camelone wrote:"Thank you ma'am for driving us." He said as he got to the bus driver, returning her smile with roughly the same amount of sincerity. Getting off the bus he actually took in the view of the hostel and while it was not an unsightly building it was definitely a really different building than what he was used to. Well hopefully the inside was nice, that really was the most important thing in the long run due to the fact they were staying here for the entire school year.

He also noticed that there was a lass walking over to the bus around the age of himself and most of the rest of the other kids still on the bus. As usual Athelhart knew he stuck out in his normal attire but called out to the lass anyways "Ey, you a part of our merry band of strangers?"

Hanoverian Great Britain wrote:"Thank you Benoît, and so does French names too", responded Mary gleefully. "Well, I am from London, England or more generally known as Britain. Heard of it?", at the same time she was asking the question, she motioned a "let's take a walk" with one arm, as she did not wish for them to be just standing still like a pair of rocks. "Its a really beautiful and great place, you see. It has lots of attractions and a fine history. Oh and also, it has a queen who is my dear sister, her name is Alexandra. You're going to love her", as overwhelming as it was her explanation, there is a clear sense and tone of genuine friendliness and excitement in her "story-telling". To which at the end of that, she hesitantly opened her phone's gallery, showing him a picture of her older sister.

Thank you, again."
Bowing to finish his announcement, Alpin then motions himself to assist other students having trouble at the cargo hold, scanning for any sign.

It afforded her the opportunity to pay more attention looking out of the window at the sights of the city, the last of which before her arrival being the Greenadder Bridge. Handing the driver a note of this foreign money that was closest to the fare displayed and telling him to keep the change, she got her large suitcase out of the boot of the vehicle, walking just across to the bus which was presumably the one she had missed in the first place, eager to assess the other exchange students and figure out exactly how they would assess her also. Emmanuelle knew that the way she looked wouldn't make her particularly stand out in her home city, with her straightened dark brown hair and seemingly casual grey shirt and black jeans, even if they were from a nice designer label, but whether it would appear odd to the people here remained to be found out.
He distanced himself from the prestigious crowd, leaving behind his suitcase in the wake. To him, this nameless exchange was as odd as odd comes. Distinctively recognizable casual designer. Maybe she's here to hide riches behind rags, or vice versa. But before he went anywhere heneeded to know who's this girl for. Lechle ran through his head typical conversation starters, not beginning in offering help to transport her solitary luggage.
"Hey. Which mafia family do you work for to afford those designers?"
Could be better. It was a work in progress for himself. Maybe being a dickhead was cool afterall.

In addition, there are lots of other pictures of her royal family members but she chose not to show them to him, yet.
The immediate answer came no faster than light for Mary herself. "Indeed, I am. But I'm not much into formalities, no need to worry", replied Mary who assured Benoîst that such further curtsy and alike are not necessary. "And what about you, Benoîst, what's your story? I'm sure you would have a lot to tell", Mary seemed eager enough to make new friends at the moment, as it seems that she inherited her older sister Alexandra's socialite lifestyle. For the latter, her previous notorious romantic relationship with Middle Eastern princes, both of which were at least 10 years older than herself were of much note, as she came to be dubbed as the "socialite princess" by the international media.

She had spotted a bench nearby and upon putting on her backpack and picking up her two suitcases, she made her way to the bench to sit down and observe the crowd of students a bit, until they were all to be directed into the building.
Verity frowned a bit observing the make up of the crowd, both visually and by the bits and pieces of conversation she'd catch. She knew that she'd be spending a lot of time around the foreign nobles, the wealthy and good little servants of reactionary monarchies, but she did't expect that to be almost exclusively the makeup of the group, with perhaps one perpetually inebriated exception.
She sighed, it was not that she couldn't manage to endure these people, but lacking anyone to decompress with that originated from a leftist, or frankly even liberal culture, was disappointing. All she'd have is her diary.
It wasn't long before one of the assistants called out instructions to head to the lobby and with Verity already being outside of the larger group, she was able to pick up her luggage and get out ahead of them to the hostel lobby.

Momiji was maybe just a bit too lost in her sea of thoughts to notice that someone with a considerable more amount of bags than her, tumbled down into her. One second standing upright on the ground awaiting instructions or whatever else the next on the ground with her bag and another's bag getting acquainted together. Momiji didn't know the circumstances of what caused this fall only she still felt the need to apologize "Goodness, are you okay? I'm sorry I think I was just standing around not really minding my surroundings!"
