The whole reason that this happened is pretty trival. The second son of the sultan went to visit Maldii. While meeting with the leader, he was shot by a Maldiian sniper. Sultan Arnov demanded the sniper to be turned over but the Maldiian government refused. Sultan Arnov declared war on Maldii. He also declared war on New Chinea and Central Pakistani for, as David Lopez once said, "I'm suing that guy for looking at us!"
