Yup, as Chuck said, Card Czar isn't able to pick a winning card for some reason. Game's got potential but this little bug is rather annoying.

What if we put in cards at the last second? That sometimes works for me.

Honestly not sure. I noticed that it worked every now and then but I couldn't figure out the pattern.
