How about a "middle" — first predict an amount of water to dissolve the powder, then add the powder, dissolve and fill with water as required.

I do that with my coffee; I pour the milk first before the coffee but with Milo, I like to put that nice toned flesh stuff on the bottom before I cream it with that white love juice. Oh my... :oops:

So I'm versatile really.
