Of course it’s not, not yet since many of his MPs don’t support him beyond political convenience. But he and his core group are most certainly hard left.

Of course it’s not, not yet since many of his MPs don’t support him beyond political convenience. But he and his core group are most certainly hard left.

In the fact they’re self admitted old school socialists/communists who want to nationalise everything and distrust capitalism.

Leaving aside the fact that Corbs is a self-identified Democratic Socialist (with some Marxist tendencies), putting just beyond the typical left-of-center stance and has at times been described as downright Keynesian.

The Brits need to realise they are a small island and cannot compete with China, Russia or America. Giving up power from Westminster to Brussels is the only logical step, especially as UK is a civic nation and not a real one.

IIRC he's in the "it needs reform but we can't do that by throwing our toys out of the pram and crying" school. He also campaigned for Remain in 2016 and managed to get to the point where Labour had the one of highest proportions of Remain voters of any of the parties.

It's the tendency for weak willed people to gravitate towards dictators so they can feel protected, like a bizarre and backwards father figure. Why elect a controversial but potentially essential leader when it'd be far easier just to fall into the lap of a tyrant.

Yeah, as we said before Russia is not at a all in the same league as the US and PRC.
It is a great power, like the UK. But not super power tier. It is true the UK will not reach super power tier again, but it will not be irrelevant being in the great power tier.
It absolutely can compete with Russia, having a much larger real GDP.

Obviously it cannot complete with the US or PRC in sheer economic, military and demographic power. But it does not have to.

And the UK is definitely a real nation.

Sorry but i would never support someone like Boris Johnson. if I could vote in the UK I would for Labor most likely as the Liberal Democrats are unlikely to ever get a majority government

In any half decent world, those numbers mean very little. Be it 200 or 20,000, they have the same effect.
What’s more important is modern delivery systems that won’t fail or get shot down.

Just scanning the twitter account of the Brexit candidate for my area. Apparently he was in my local town centre bemoaning the lack of open shops. Apparently he is unaware that the building he was showing all the empty shops in is slated for demolition and re-development and the shops are being moved out as their leases expire. Oops.
