Singapore, a small and the last city-state state in the world, has been a target for the kingdom for years. There has been attempt to seize Singapore in the past, the famous one was in 1894. But that attempt was failed. Currently, the city-state has been a major industrial power in the region and got most of it's riches from trade. Their strategic location near the Strait of Malacca has been an advantage for their economy and industry for decades. The Thai has seen Singapore as one of their province but posses zero or military control there. Thai Royal Intelligence Agency has tried to staged a coup back in 70s, but failed due to British intervention. The king, now seen the current era might be advantageous to the invasion. HTMS Chakri Naruebet, flagship of the Royal Thai Navy, was put on action for the planned invasion. The carrier along with it's strike group, block Singaporean waters, hoping they'll surrender to the blockade. But they dont. Instead, one of the Singaporean naval corvette opens fire on the strike group damaging one ship. The corvette was eventually defeated and the surviving crews was held as prisoners. The day after the incident, the king was immediately put to notice, he then send an ultimatum to the Singaporean government. No declaration of war was send, but the king was ready for war with it's southern neighbor.

[Captain Announcement]
"To all crew on the ship, we just received a news directly from Bangkok that we will be deploying aircraft to monitor Singaporean airspace. I would like all pilots to report to the flight deck in approximately 10 minutes. Also, the king has ordered the Marine Special Forces to seize the Port of Singapore. This order to the spec ops will be in full effect tomorrow. Thank you for your time and for God bless
Up in the flight deck, pilots arrived and awaits the order. The head master for the flight division then addresses the pilots.
Alright, everybody's here so let's begin. As you may hear, we will began deployment on the Singaporean airspace to monitor their movements. Now gentlemen, your mission is to survey the island but do not engage with enemy fighters unless you have too. For now that's the mission briefing, I hope the best of you. Dismiss.
All of the pilots boarded their own planes, the cloudy weather isn't the best weather for surveying the island. Strong wind and high seas indicate an incoming rain. They'll just have few hours to survey the entire island. The survey last only for 47 minutes, as rain arrived sooner than expected. There isn't much indication that the Singaporean are engaging with the Thai, but the strike group remain steady
