I already have some plans or a somewhat outline, but tomorrow is going to be chaotic for me to fully brainstorm due to OOC reasons. For the villain, I want them to be similar to a villain Spider-Man would fight, since Spider-Man is the closest thing I can relate to Marvel. How about for the villain, it's a guy who got rubbed the wrong way by Oscorp or got in a situation where he's seeking blind revenge. For him, I want him to be somewhat a villain that would make sure on why he wants revenge, along with making him a sympathetic.
I wanted to do a vigilante hero, however knowing that it's Marvel (though The Punisher was an expectation), it would be actually better to make an actual hero. I only know his secret identify, but I was thinking of him having a high-tech suit equipped with gadgets of all sorts. Not like Iron Man, but in a bit of a homemade suit.
(Also, if someone is doing Green Goblin as a NPC or something, have them be potrayed by Willem Dafoe. You can thank me later.)

Backstory: Jennifer Walters was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She was the daughter of Sheriff Morris Walters and Elaine Banner-Walters. Growing up she was meek and mousy and had little confidence. Jen later attended UCLA where she gained her law degree. She began working as a lawyer back in New York.
Jen was the also the niece of Bruce Banner, whose house Jen used to visit during the summers of her childhood. Agents of Nicholas Trask, a crime boss who had crossed paths with her father, shot and seriously wounded her on a day when her Uncle Bruce was in town. She had been defending a gangster who had been double-crossed by Trask and offered to turns state's evidence, which would be sufficient to ruin Trask if the case went to trial. Bruce fended off the attackers and then broke into a doctor's office to treat her. Realizing Jennifer was going to die, Bruce gave her a transfusion of his own blood as there were no other supplies in such an emergency. This blood transfusion thus granted her toned-down powers of the Hulk, except for the fact that Jen retained her intelligence when in Hulk form. And so, She-Hulk was born.
Jen was working with the Avengers until Stark's death. As of late she has gone solo, trying to piece together the mystery of her Uncle's disappearance.
Powers/Weapons/Tech: Transformation into She-Hulk on command, superhuman strength (75 tons), healing factor, durability, bullet proof, speed, enhanced jumping, stamina
Weaknesses: Radiation. Exposure to certain wavelengths of radiation only at very high doses can sometimes temporarily inhibit or override her ability to transform between forms. This is usually only a weakness if she is exposed during her original/Jennifer form.
Skills: Skilled pilot and good hand-to-hand combatant

Hmmm....do you have an idea exactly what you want to do with She-Hulk? Because I don't think she'll gel well with Young Avengers. She's probably more experienced than them, but less experienced than the OG Avengers, which puts her in a tricky spot. What are your plans with her? Or do you need help?

Gwen jumped out of the borders and walked carefully to her destination. She stole some uniform pieces on the way as well as an ID card. If she was confronted at least she had a chance. She made it in just fine and wasn't questioned for a bit. When she got to the central computer room however, she saw they were asking a guy for his ID. She looks at her ID that she stole The woman on there looked nothing like her. "Shoot, well, let's see if I can get a glimpse in." She watches the guy walk in and sees the inside. She leaves the border once again and appears in, landing on top of the guy that just walked in. She grabs a knife she hid an stabs him in the chest. "Ok, I should be fine now." She takes off the uniform she was wearing over her suit. "So much better." she sits down and unlocks the computer using the guy's key card. "locations, locations, locations...ah, here we go."
She relays them back to Jack before shutting it down, storing the guy in a corner, and leaving.
If u don't know how to quote this in the IC, click quote here in the OOC, then copy it...after that simply paste it in the IC, u should probably delete the apology in the beginning as well as this tho.

Personality:Azreal is a backstabbing, manipulative, yet charismatic schemer who when not scheming is a cruel sadist
Faction:The Cult of Azreal
Affiliation: The Cult of Azreal
Backstory: Azreal was a demon born long ago in the depths of hell who from the moment of his birth wanted the power of Mephisto, the lord of hell. He studied magic and honed his own skills for hundreds of years in an attempt to reach the power of Mephisto, but even after all that time he was nowhere close to the power needed to reach that point. So taking another hundred years he gathered allies and finally attacked the upper caste of demons.
The battle was very short as he and his allies were crushed he escaped into Earth shortly after and there he stayed licking his wounds. He found Ethan Edwards and began his plan to conquer hell starting with Earth
Powers/Weapons/Tech: All of Disciple's but more powerful, mind manipulation (not mind control, but hallucinations and slight mind-reading), and summoning
Weaknesses: Any sort of holy object will cause him extreme pain and even death if left around it too long. Ironically he can't stand extreme heat.
