So then should we wait until then to officially appoint Vorshevsky and let him stay a deputy until then?
Also how much does Serebrov know about Chudov? He would have a good idea about what happened anyway even if Zhirov didn’t tell him

He would be in the loop, top FSB officials, the assassin himself, the assassin’s driver, Zhirov, and Serebrov would be the only people who would know what actually happened. The man pretending to be the assassin was just given orders to say and do certain things but doesn’t know what actually happened.

Permission to give Chudov one or two neighbours that support the CPRF and would tip the candidates off about it?

There was nobody outside and nobody in their balconies, the gunshot was silenced quite a bit, and even if they heard the gunshot it could have come from the communist assassin as well.

Silencers, contrary to popular relief, don't do that much silencing. Imagine a table with plates on it crashing down. That's about the sound level you're going for.

I know how silencers work, but how does it help anyone figure out what happened?

People would've come to the window, hearing a sound, and then seeing the FSB car. To them, it might just be hearsay, but I'd certainly to come to my party if I have evidence that proves them innocent.

It’s just a black car used by government officials, there could be any politician’s people in there. You think a car plastered with the FSB seal would be sent out for this?

Fair point. Do you think it's a good idea to have all the candidates secretly investigate his death so the communists can be proven innocent?

Well, it’s supposed to be a radical supporter of the communists, so the party itself isn’t in trouble
