Declaring that illogical discrimination is bad for the society, and deeply unjust,
Knowing that people frequently and injustly discriminate based on skin, hair or eye colour
Knowing that people frequently and injustly discriminate based on disabilities
the World Assembly enacts:
No one shall be discriminated by and in any member nation for having a different skin or eye colour; except:
-for the purposes of different medical attention directly linked to skin colour, such as resistance to sunlight,
-for the purposes of eliminating illegal discrimination by differentiating between people of different skin colour in discrimination statistics and discrimination - related lawsuits and judgements,
-for the purposes of different medical diagnostics attention if the skin, hair or eye colour suggests a medical condition strongly linked to a combination of skin, hair or eye colour
No one shall be discriminated by and in any member nation for having a disability except:
-to prevent employment of a person that is, due to their disability, not including potentially illegally discriminatory reactions to this disability, not able to properly manage the usual tasks linked to that specific employment
-to give disabled people extra support related to disabilites(but not less support!), including giving disabled people better access to locations,
-for the purposes of eliminating illegal discrimination by differentiating between people with a disability and people without that disability in discrimination statistics and discrimination - related lawsuits and judgements.
Member nations shall ensure that common disabilities(common disabilities being defined as a condition more than 1 of 10000 people resident in that member nation are expected to have during ther lifespan) do not prevent access to buildings used for voting, or other governmental buildings.
Replacement part I for the Charter of Civil Rights. This is due to be expanded.
