1: Incel/InCel?
2: NEET?
3: Stacy community?
What are these things?
Thank you for filling me in.
I hate that this is my generation.
1: An incel, or involuntary celibate, generally refers to a man from his early teens to his late twenties who has minimal relationship experience and who is likely a virgin as well. However, many people who meets these two basic criteria would not qualify as incels. An incel specifically employs this term to describe himself, identifies with a broader community that often has problematic attitudes, and is deeply perturbed by his state as a virgin or less experienced romantic partner. Most often, blame is put on women, society, or some other factor. In most cases, however, the issue with an incel will be a lack of confidence, a more reserved personality, an absence of strong interpersonal relationships beyond the immediate family, social isolation, and, more often than not, prejudices towards women.
2: A NEET, derived from an acronym that stands for Not in Education, Employment, or Training, refers to someone who is not presently educating themselves, is not presently employed or seeking employment, and is not presently training or learning skills that would make them more socially engaging or worth hiring in a specialized position. Most often they are stereotyped as being obsessed with video games or the internet.
3: A Stacy is a stereo-typically preppy, attractive, and bitchy woman or girl, often seen as a bully or persecutor of nerdy, socially awkward, or physically unappealing men and boys. It is derived from Stacy being a stereotypical name for popular girls.

whew lad.
It isn't wrong though? Just like the bulk of criticism on weight is done by men towards women, although thats a fairly established concept alreadyVassenor wrote:Plus most of the rant was based on the fact that women won't date him and he assumed it must be because of his height and not because he's, you know, the sort of guy to throw down in a bagel store because the cashier smiled at him.
Once you are harassed long enough by whatever characteristic you possess, it's unsurprising that you will end up assimilating social rejection to that -- even because it is rational to do so. While at his rant he also directly said that many women were extremely disrespectful to him because of his height, so its not like there is a random "residual" to explain his situation.

Both men and women are held to standards of physical attractiveness that for most people are unrealistic and not achievable. This is no different from someone getting the piss taken out of them for being over/underweight, their hair colour etc.
I mean, some people are dickheads - yeah. That's not a new thing. To pretend that every woman, or hell even most women are unwilling to date shorter men is ridiculous.

That kind of insult is unprofessional in the extreme and for someone that small I can only imagine how often he's insulted on a daily basis. When you've spent your entire life being mocked for something you can't control, and there are no government programs or propaganda operations to counteract the discrimination, it will of course breed extreme resentment.
