The Provisional Government, headed by Mr. Aderfi Ammi and Vice-President Damya Achahbar, would like to express its special gratitude to the Federal Republic of Shamsiyya for your congratulations and diplomatic recognition of our existence as an independent nation. As we have already happy, the Federal Republic of Shamsiyya has maintained its independence and identity throughout all these centuries of foreign colonialism.
Prior to independence, the Constituent Assembly laid down the principles of the Amazigh state, including studies on social status as a priority. We reached agreement that the Federal Republic of Imazighen is based on the principles of modern democracy and guarantees the rights of individuals and minority rights, so the minority of Arab origin will retain its identity Any discrimination before the law, has rights as it has duties.
With regard to the rights of linguistic minorities, Arabic is an official language alongside the Amazigh language, and Spanish is an official language in the Republic of Canary Islands.
All Amazigh people shall enjoy the same equal rights without any discrimination on grounds of race, religion, sex, political orientation or sexual orientation. Therefore, any discrimination resulting from these points shall be punishable by law.

We would like to thank you for your kind response, and we wish you all good luck possible at creating this new modern, democratic, peaceful, and freedom-based society with all rights granted to the populace! We are fully aware, that this is likely to be a hard fight, for bringing ethnic minorities onto one table and to agree to form a common body politic - we mostly speak Shamsiyyan, but you will also hear variants of Turkish, Persian, and many more on our streets, not to mention all the dialects ... they all consider themselves Shamsiyyan nowadays, but make an educated guess as to how long it took us to get here. Be it as it may - it's a lot of work, but it's worth the effort!

As mentioned previously, we will keep track on the ongoings in your country, spectating if and how the aforementioned goals are fulfilled, but for now, consider our stance reaffirmed - even though there might be places out there, which don't like it.

Just before dusk, when most of his advisers had left the Economic Palace, there were only two people sitting at the Roundtable: Cäcilie Bärwald, Ambassador-Designate to the Paradeavenlisian States, and Wiebke Weiß, attending the meeting on behalf of her firm.

Archbishop Emeritus Thaddäus Neumayer stood beside the door and watched the two barristers and solicitors. Cäcilie was reading a government letter, a guileful, deceptive lawyer with a gorgeous face that captivated every man. But behind this façade was a razor-sharp brain and a ruthless, cunning mind. Tonight Cäcilie would send a copy of the letter she had read to Parliament, delivering a submission to the Financial Policy Committee. “The official committee of the Bank of Yohannes will be pleased, your Grace,” she said genially, looking around the almost empty room. “The realm government would not oppose this select committee submission.” She meant recommendation. Thaddäus grinned cheerfully. As an eminent barrister who surely would one day be one of the Yohannesian Emperor’s Counsel learned in the law, Cäcilie was an adviser worth keeping.

Now standing to give Thaddäus a review of the completed documentation was Cäcilie’s stepsister Wiebke, who had been Cäcilie’s mentor since her first year in law school. To most ignorant Yohannesians they were just government lawyers, those people whom they saw as rich and moneyed in the Cases and Advocacy show they channel-surfed by last week; but to Thaddäus they were something more. Cäcilie was also an experienced diplomat while Wiebke was a well-known face in the banking community. Before her appointment to the Paradeavenlisian States, Cäcilie was a commercial attaché specialising in bilateral trade between Khataiy and Yohannes. He needed her insights now more than ever.

“Your Grace, I have been hearing a lot of good things about your work from my sister,” Cäcilie said. She stood up to shake his hand, smiled at Wiebke, and took hold of the door handle.

Cäcilie checked her watch. It was now almost time for her to pick her children up from school, and she knew she had to hurry. Cäcilie waved at her sister and closed the door.

Wiebke was closing her folders and signing the first of three letters to be read by the Chancellor tomorrow morning. Thaddäus looked the other way to give an artificial face of neutrality. He had been elated to hear the recent news in Imazighen. Another broken country with a natural resource rich economy. Potentially, they had said. But Thaddäus knew there would always be something there. The Bank of Yohannes would need the support of influential lawmakers inside the Beltway, and the Church in Burmecia was ready to help the bank.

A look of distaste crossed Wiebke’s face. Thaddäus wondered if she would one day reveal his true personality to her stepsister Cäcilie. Could he trust this clever, cunning lawyer? His presbyters had warned him not to. “At the end of the day, she’s a dangerous Beltway insider, your Grace,” they had said sheepishly. He looked anxiously at the eminent barrister as she signed the final letter and closed her last folder.

“Your financial secret is safe with me,” said Wiebke.

On July 12, 2019, a historic day in the history of this nation, we were able, thanks to the blood of our martyrs, to overthrow the corrupt dictatorial regimes in the Great People's Revolution and to breathe in the breeze of freedom, the freedom that our forefathers dreamed what we achieved, and there is no compromise on freedom.
The hostile attitude of Khataiy state is only the result of its failed policy, hatred and arrogance, hostility to democracy and the rights of peoples to self-determination
If we talk about legitimacy, the illegitimate state here is the state of Khataiy. We do not know its basis . We do not know its history. We do not know its achievements. It occupies lands in Syria that claim to be the state of Khataiy, which is legitimately affiliated to the Syrian Arab Republic. Our nation has a great history in fighting the enemies of the homeland, and they have great personalities who have made many achievements to humanity, a nation that is universally recognized and has a legitimate right to rule their country.
The step taken by the state of Khataiy. is a serious step that affects the security of the state and we have every right to defend our security ... The threat posed by Imazighen was already apparent, the Khataiyi military was already on heightened alert along the coast due to ongoing military confrontations in the northwest and southwest, the threat of Imazighen was just another reason for the nation to be on high alert. Khataiyi ships were armed with Italian made anti-ship guided missiles purchased from Gulf States friendly to the Khataiyi government such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Khataiy strove to hold friendly relations with all Arab countries aside from Iran's allies of Iraq and Syria, however there points in time when both Iraq and Syria were Khataiyi allies. Khataiy also strove to keep clear of conflicts such as the feud between Saudi Arabia and Qatar calling on both nations to hold friendly relations for pan-Arab interests and to stand together against Iranian hegemony. Likewise in Libya where the Saudi-Qatari feud was evident, Khataiy had called for cease-fires and unification between General Haftar's forces and the Government of National Accord in Tripoli, even offering to send troops to act as mediators and to help mediate the Libyan conflict, ties were held with both the GNA and Haftar, Khataiyi support for the 2011 Libyan revolution was one such factor in friendly relations with both and Pan-Arab interests.

Ships were ordered to move near Benghazi in hopes of support from General Haftar a secret deal could even be struck for armament support against GNA if needed to oppose the greater threat of Imazighen that would likely back Berber secessionists in Libya that would prose a risk to the already fragile state of Libya. President Khairallah has been forced underground and much of his job has been handed over to Foreign Minister Uthman al-Ghamadi due to the assassination of Khairallah's eldest son, and much of the government including Khairallah will remain underground and out of sight until the settlement of the domestic situation, however Khairallah was still aware of what was going on and still held the ultimate decision, and he has authorized this military operation, and support for General Haftar in Libya.

As of 14, July, 2019 the Khataiyi Arab Navy has been mobilized in the eastern Mediterranean nearby the coastal waters of the Libyan city of Benghazi to cooperate with friendly forces against a potential belligerent threat that is posed by the self-declared state of Imazighen that is not recognized by the Arab State of Khataiy. Threats to our interests have been expressed openly by Imazighen, as well as our allies, and our Arab brothers in North Africa. Our military is on high alert from the Kurk Murzban governorate to the Suwadiya Governorate due to a series of ongoing violence centered around our country.

We also find the claims made by Imazighen about our nation's sovereignty in regards to the Syrian Arab Republic to be humorous and insignificant and are nothing more than vindictive displays of hatred towards our country and the Arab people in general. Our nation opposes all risks posed to the Arab people from Morocco to the Ahwazi region of Iran, we strive to represent and protect the Arab people from all forms of injustice, oppression and harm, this is what our nation is dedicated to and will remain to be, we reject the position that Israel claims to both Golan and Jerusalem, we also oppose the false Syrian claims on our nation given their alignment with Iran a known enemy of the Arab people, and we likewise oppose the Imazighen movement for its anti-Arab stances and the threat is poses to Arab nations in regards to both stability and national security.

We also petition the international community to join us in declaring this movement an international terrorist organization such as the PKK and Hezbollah.

The Third Spanish Republic will not abide by such dastardly and despicable actions by the nation of the Arab State of Khataiy, and issues forthwith a formal diplomatic condemnation for their unprovoked and hostile actions towards the revolution of the Berber people. The Third Spanish Republic stands with the Berber people, and demands that the imperialist and warmongering Arab State of Khataiy stand its military forces down and return back to it's corner or face the diplomatic consequences. For their actions, Republican Naval forces are to be stationed around the Strait of Gibraltar and forbid passage to any and all vessels registered to the Arab State of Khataiy. Diplomatic Statement.
We are authorizing all vessels of our Navy to fire on all naval ships that dare to attempt to block global trade.
For the sake of this new nation which we will continue to call "the new nation" as to prevent provoking Katly further that already is needed.
As such, we are sending some of our best soldiers to the new nation to provide training to this new nations military. God bless this new nation, and God blessed on all of its journeys.

Khataiyis protesting against Spain and Imazighen

State sponsored demonstrations were fairly common in Khataiy and as such yet another would be organized in Antakya and Iskanderun to protest against Spain's condemnation along with the audacity of Imazighen to declare independence. The event was televised, footage of the Khataiyi navy heading towards Benghazi along with scenes of the large anti-Imazighen protests, and footage of recent Khataiyi military operations against Hezbollah in southern Khataiy were published and shown on national television along with patriotic music playing in the background of the footage as usual.

During the demonstrations, demonstrators fired guns in the air and chanted various slogans, like "The Maghreb is Arab!", "Khataiy is remaining!", "God, Khataiy and Omar is all we want!" Demonstrators proudly waved Khataiyi, Palestinian, Saddam era Iraqi flags, and Islamic banners while the flags of Spain, Imazighen and Iran were burned along with pictures of Spain's leaders and Imazighen leaders. Large banners were made saying "No knives to our borders!" A quote of President Omar Khairallah, during the demonstrations large loudspeakers were put up playing more nationalist and patriotic music to keep the spirit alive.

The closure of Gibraltar would have no effect on Khataiy as most trade that was conducted with Europe would simply continue to go on their regular paths to France and Italy or Greece, and anything outside of the Mediterranean would simply go through Suez as usual, and this was aside the fact Gibraltar was way out of the way and usually avoided by Khataiyi ships in favor for the Suez, however the intention was still upsetting and enough to be mentioned as the demonstrations, and be criticized by the government, along with Spain's general support for Imazighen.
