Why hello there stranger! Quite kind of you to click on our regional recruitment thread! Anyways, welcome to the Federation of Allies (or its Border Control to be exact)! Now I know you have a lot of questions, and rest assured, we will answer them. First of all:
What is the Federation of Allies? Glad you asked! We're a region dedicated to serious roleplay of all genres. Be it nation, character, or that other RP board down under called P2TM, we have roleplayed most of whatever genres you're thinking about. We also have a (as of now under construction) massive amount of lore designed to interconnect with each other and yet at the same time allow new nations like you to fit into the greater picture (thanks Shahinay!). As for our history, we actually go way far back (even further than my first nation, which was founded in 2015), and how far back you ask? Well history is at the bottom of the post go read it there friend!
What's in it (for me)? As for a more detailed explanation of what this region has to offer other than that summary in the first question, well for starters:
- We are currently undergoing a massive lore reboot and map overhaul to allow the region to become easier for newcomers to get in, in fact, now is quite the opportune time to join.
- As for other things within the region, we have a democratically elected government! Announce to everyone that you're running for Chancellor (WA Delegate) and form a political party to catapult yourselves into power. Unleash your inner bureaucrat and pass various laws and amendments to the Constitution! Or you could unleash your inner dictator as well and retain position, election after election (looking at you Shahinay).
- Just right RMB, and what do I mean by this? Well, notice how some regions only have people saying things like hello, good morning/evening/afternoon, or just one liners in general, and you notice that most of their members have a majority of their activity on the forums? Well the Federation balances that by having a RMB dedicated to discussing things such as lore, roleplays, or even bacon rootbeer floats at length, while also having nations who are very active on the forums. We believe this to be the perfect balance.IRL political debaters pls join we need a rep in General
- As said earlier, we will be having a lore and map reset, and with this, comes RPs. Indeed, we will be having a ton of these active in the foreseeable future to see if we can work out the lore that way. In fact, we have a very, very old roleplay from 2016 that is still ongoing. Whether you're a roleplaying guru or a newbie, we will ensure that you will mature to become the latter.
- Regional Games! What are these you may ask? Well, its our very own in-universe Olympics. Rannoria with his knowledge in the art of NS Sports, will organize these sometimes, or who knows, maybe its YOU who'll organize things? We might just make a Minister of Sports if you keep it up, that is, if you join us.
- Special Thanks to Arganuta for this section!. We aren't a Big Boring Behemoth! You know what I'm talking about: the regions with hundreds of nations, who you don't know nor care about. The forums are flooded with topics you don't know anything of, or don't care about, and a new thread you start gets no attention, because 20 other new threads appear the minute you post this one, and that nobody knows who you are. We on the other hand are a small but dedicated RP region. This also makes it easier for new nations to get to know everybody and promote each other's works.
- Lastly, we are a RAIDER FREE region. Thanks to our active Chancellors, our region always keeps the bogeyman of Gameplay at bay! Sleeper raiders stay out as well due to our constant fact checking. So if you're scared of these raids the folk in Gameplay keep on talking about, head on over to the Federation of Allies!we're too insane for raiders send help lol
